No need for swearing.

Now, time to sort out what fifty odd sprues I want.

I am so in trouble if I don't manage to hide this delivery away before the Long Haired Admiral sees it.

Can people that missed the window to pledge do so now again?

It looks like I can upgrade and/ or complete my pledge. No sign of being able to make a new pledge but, then again, this is my first time on Gamefound.

In the gamefound comments, WGA wrote that the pledge manager will be closed in 7-8 weeks, after all sprue layouts have been disclosed. While I'm pretty much decided on what sets to take, this will heavily influenced the extra sprues I will want to grab.

there's a late pledge button ( you don't see it if you've got a pledge already) so it should be possible to join in now

It's hard to tell from such a small image, but I think those are WW1 Russians. The masks look like Zelinsky-Kummant ones, and (some of) the rifles might be Mosin-Nagant carbines (or just normal moist nuggets with 'heroic' proportions). They could also be Winter War Finns, since they used a lot of old Imperial Russian kit.

Working out my pledge manager. Was it confirmed that there was one artillery piece per sprue?

https://help.gamefound.com/article/262-stretch-pay-paying-in-installments

Stretch Pay in pledge manager and late pledge stage

You can't add items to Stretch Pay once you get your payment plan for crowdfunding, as it doesn't include the purchases made after crowdfunding's end. The payment plan won't include items added after crowdfunding. You can only pay for them in full at checkout. Pledges made after crowdfunding don't affect Stretch Pay in any way. This means you have to pay for these items at checkout and pay off the installments separately.[spoiler]

Grognard plastic cav bits, off to tooling to see what will fit on the sprue (so some may not appear, and others may be there in multiple copies)

Finalizing free sprue selection is harder than I thought it would be. Initially I was going to get a bunch of Einherjahr sprues even though they are only 3 to a sprue. But now I’m thinking I should mix in more variety of the other sprues and just pick up a box of Einherjahr separately.

Yeah, homie & I were discussing this earlier. I'm completely lost as which boxes to get and what sprues to supplement what I am buying and my pre-existing army.

That's obviously a Martini-Henry, although heroic proportions make it hard to judge exactly what model.
The bayonet looks like a 'marine cutlass' bayonet to me. I think there was a similar looking artillery bayonet too.
Hard to tell much from the sleeves, but they have cuffs. I believe that the Royal Marines (I think they would be most likely to be using marine cutlass bayonets) had sleeves without cuffs in WW1, so this looks more nineteenth century. I also think that cutlass bayonets were more popular earlier, with knife bayonets being standard by the twentieth century.

The tour of HMS WARRIOR in Pompey Historic Dockyard once included weapons demonstrations.

The cutlasses of the gun crews could be fitted to muskets/ rifles to create pikes to prevent boarding especially through gunports.

The Tribes releases include stls for Royal Navy shore parties and gatling crews so these could go hand in hand with those.

I think the early Martini-Henry bayonets were adapted from ones designed for Enfield 1853 pattern rifles (and Snider-Enfields). According to Wikipedia, the 1845 pattern cutlass was modified into the 1859 cutlass sword-bayonet, which was itself modified to make the 1871 pattern I think we are looking at. The 'marine' in 'marine cutlass' seems to mean 'for use at sea' rather than specifically for use by the Royal Marines, so sailors would have had access to them too.

Is there another sprue with their missing legs?

Bob, it's probably like the Ogre sprue where the legs & back are one piece and the chest is a separate piece. Make the models less flat.

We would need to see the other side to confirm, but I think those might be front parts for the torsos that fit on the bodies, not full torsos that require additional legs.

Fingers crossed that the prices are as low as space nam for the Quar since they are a partnership kit.
