Tyranid Dimachaeron has no points value listed, and as a bonus it's healing ability instead triggers mortal wounds on itself!

Good to see they've made an effort anyway, for those people who own the models. If anything's broken it can be adjusted easily enough by mutual consent.

It gives me a warm, fluffy feeling inside to see the Ambull return for 10th edition.

Genuinely surprised they added rules for the Dominus Heavy Siege Bombard, that never got around to having a model in the first place.

I'm curious as to why the Gellerpox Infected are in CSM instead of DG.

Now that they have proper points cost again, maybe they should be allowed in tournaments, even if GW doesn't want it... After all, they can hardly be less balanced than Fate dice, towering, indirect, etc. which are deemed totally fine by geedubs...

That might be a good thing, as it might mean that a new model will be released soon.

I'm positively shocked, they even brought back rules for models that have been oop for over a decade. My lovely DK Grenadiers have rules again. Even if some are missing (Engineers, or maybe I am blind and they are somewhere else) and there are typos, overall it even looks like they have somewhat competitive point costs. I hope they introduce them to the app, but then that would mean they need to have a tournament valid slider and I don't know if GW is willing to spend money on developing an if() condition with a UI component.

But anyway, I have to applaud, it's nice to have so many old units back with official rules.

My Tauros Assault and Venerators, Arvus Lighter, Mortis Dread, Land Speeder Tempest all got rules, so that's good.

The Sanctum of Battle got covered technically, after one of the quickest delegations to Legends ever, but it's more expensive than a Triumph and worse, so it'll probably continue to just to used as generic terrain instead.

Now to figure out which points values for the Leviathan and Deredeo are intended to be used - these ones seem to be slightly higher than those in the Horus Heresy Legends manual.

Yeah, the 'Counts As' document is about as insulting as it gets.

Aquila Macro-Cannon doesn't have 'Blast'.

It is hard to feel like this is anything besides GW spitting on customers who aren't keeping up with the meta. Which is pretty infuriating.

I think so, which is why I find it so aggravating. The treatment of chaos cultists over the last year has been the largest excitement to disappointment whiplash I've ever experienced.

Having Cor'bax Utterblight be used as a regular Daemon Prince makes little sense as he's much bigger.

I'm glad to see Legion of the Damned back, makes sense to have them under Agents.

Relic razorback, no las/plas option? How hard would that have been?

The Ruinstorm one? Wider sure but he's a big slug boy. Height wise he's probably about the same as the newer Prince kit which is about 12cm tall.

From that, I'd put him at a little over 2 Space Marines tall which sits pretty close to the new Prince. The bigger difference is that Cor'Bax is long because he's all slug-like.

Chaos Lord on Juggernaut has come back to the CSM legends, looks like I'll be back to playing my WEs as CSMs then.

Holy crap, they have rules for Skorchas and Wartrakks?! They haven’t been a thing in decades!

The Repressor has 2 flamers and FIRE DECK SIX for 130pts. PLUS the eldar bull gak of just scooping a squad away from chargers. Also TWELVE MODEL CAPACITY.

If you put a squad of Retributors into this thing with 4 heavy flamers, you could potentially just yeet it at the enemy and force them to sacrifice a unit on their own turn to move at all. You'd still have TWO firepoints to spend on something else.

It's insanely better than anything else in the SoB index.

Zhufor is in the Legendary proxy section as a CSM terminator lord instead of letting him be a world eater. Come on GW just let my boys have another HQ. Loyalist have more characters than I have units...

XV9s limited to units of 2 when they have always been able to have units of 3.

XV9s being in this document at all instead of the regular FW index is as much of a joke.

The way the weapons options are written is also hilarious. Default is two completely different weapons that don't even come in the same kit and they can be swapped individually. Is it so hard to just write how the options were written before? "May exchange one or both of X for Y or Z"
