Huron looks pretty meh to me. Pretty generic.

I don't have Lionel to compare him to, but yeah, Girlyman is hardly GW's best effort. GW can and should do better these days, although I don't know if that's true of the 40k guys. Seems like the AoS centerpieces frequently turn out better than what 40k gets.

Don't forget guilliman is 9 years old via retail in March and likely 10 years old as a sculpt. I think they could do a lot better now hopefully.

His armour is weirdly chaos looking to me with all that trim and he really doesn't look good to me at all. But I hate giant sized primarchs anyway because they are extremely dumb.

In fairness considering he's a Primarch from the Golden Age and that Chaos Armour is basically armour from that generation preserved (and mutated). It somewhat stands to reason that his own choice of armour would be more classic than modern and thus look a touch more like Chaos.

Much like how if GW did "Battlefleet Gothic" in 30K they'd all look like Chaos warships not the 40K standard Imperial.

Yeah I get the reasoning but from an aesthetic point of view it doesn't work for me.

But I am definitely not the target audience, I hate primarchs.
