Greetings all. Durzod here. I'm here in Salem, Oregon and thought I'd join a few forums to see what other gamers around are thinking. I've been playing 40k since I found a copy of Rogue Trader and found , to my delight, that all those minis I'd been collecting and painting could be used for something besides collecting dust. Needless to say I sometimes get versions of the rules confused (especially since I also play WFB and have several editions of that game bouncing around my head). I am probably the oldest GW gamer at our local game store (Remember the Bismarck? That was only 10 years before I was born.) with only some of the Napoleonics players being my senior. In addition to the GW games. I also play Warmachine, AT43, Battles for Empire (15mm Napoleonics), and now Malifaux. Suffice it to say any way I can throw lead and push dice... or is it the other way around?

Welcome to Dakka, the best forum around! And I can say that with confidence my friend, it's a pleasant place. It sounds like you play a lot of games, so I don't doubt you'd have trouble keeping all the rules consistent. I only play 40k and I STILL can't get everything down (though I believe that most people suffer from this problem too  ).
I hope you find your stay enjoyable!

It's not like I get to play all those games all the time. For example, I get in only 3 or 4 Napoleonic games a year. mostly it's GW that everyone wants to play. Maybe 4 games a week.
