Why not get a small army of each?? That way you can practice with both of them, find out which tactics you like and go from there!

Welcome to dak dak! Oooo thats a tuffy... IG can be a little on the expensive side while Tau isnt as up to par as the rest of the codices. Element has a good idea though try that and see what you like.
