**Quarterdime**

My name isn't meant to mean anything significant. It is not a 1/4 of a dime, or 35 cents, but it is easy to interpret, and easy to remember. That, and it is the only name that actually fits those first two profiles, while also largely being untaken on most profiled communities.

So! Now that that's out of the way, let me just say that after visiting Warseer, Bolter & Chainsword, and this website I have found this to be the most user-friendly by a significant margin. I've already taken the liberty to describe myself in relative personal detail on my profile and suppose that the only things that I need mention in my Dakka introduction is that this very moment that I write down this message I am preparing to leave the house to get my first Warhammer 40k models. Those being Grey Knights (The new releases aren't out just yet, but the models that they kept from 3rd edition are and those are what I'm going to get and paint up while I wait for the rest). The reason it's Grey Knights is because my favorite faction is the Inquisition and since the Witch Hunters are a terrible army choice in nearly every respect, I was kind of left with Daemonhunters since rumor was they were getting their update first (And they didn't punish you for fielding the more Inquisitorial units with a faith point system). Though I must say Matt Ward's skills at writing fluff have somewhat soured my taste in the army, especially seeing them become more like "Space Marine chapter X" than an order militant of the Inquisition. But fortunately enough for me, they kept most of the Inqusition elements and that's all I need to pick up the army as my primary force.

I could go into things like why I like the Inquisition, why I prefer 40k over Fantasy and other tabletop games, and how I became interested in the hobby in the first place but I'm not going to bore you all with a wall of text unless you ask for it.
