Deadly Dark Eldar Warrior

I've been on dakka for a while, working on plans for an ork army, when my brother recomended I try Dark Eldar. I know that they are not easy to learn and so don't make the best starting army, but I really like the backstory, so I'll be getting them instead. I'm going to post my ideas for a pair of army lists soon, and the accompanying fluff. I would really appreceate some constructive critisism, and advice in general. Thanks!

Aye, welcome to dakka.
Saw the DE models with a new player came to our club night. They are stunning especially when painted to a high standard. I spent more time admiring his models then actually playing.
