A user on here Machinator makes them and sells them through his site or EBay. Search for oppressor pattern treads and you'll find them. They come in 3 sizes and having worked with all 3 I have absolutely zero complaints or concerns about them. They're and excellent bit of kit and transform the tanks instantly. I've just bought another rhino for my second squad of Zerkers so will be ordering more very soon

The eye of terror

Gonna have to echo that sentiment I love machinators stuff, though last time I endorsed it on someone else's thread he sent them stuff not me, maybe there'll be a repeat performance if you're lucky

Used oppressor pattern on my land raider too they're just perfect for khornate tanks, where on earth did you get that side detailing on the rhino or did you make that yourself?

The side detailing is from a guy called Subtle Discord over on Bolterandchainsword. He has a website as well. There's a lot more trim for chaos including a Land Raider kit and an aegis defence line. Again excellent quality kit. Check his stuff out here.

Hey, Biohazard, congrats on your new spawn of Chaos! And everything else in the thread looks fantastic, as usual. I didn't realize Machinator had started selling the Rhino-sized Oppressor treads again. I was under the impression there was a problem with old ones, are these okay? I really hope they're not okay, I don't want to have to retread all my tanks...

The rhino tracks aren't quite as sharp as the Raider size ones but I had no problems with them at all mate. Thanks for the kind words as well. Just saw your latest update over on B&C

Ok so for my Arena Challenge over on B&C Krautscientist asked me to finish my World Eaters Lord, so here's how he looked before.

Now the bolter on his wrist has bugged me for a while and the main reason I added it was mainly for wsywyg. I decided to hell with that today though and tweaked him slightly. I may have been inspired by Grizzly bears awesome take on the Scythes of the Emperor Chapter Master.
Let me know what you think as tomorrow I'll be tidying up the gaps and getting his base reworked for something more fitting of a Berserker Boss.

Great job with the Lord mate, that shield sends off a great aggressive and menacing look. I have to say that the sword arm looked a bit better the way it was before though... Looking forward to see him done

Personally i think he looked excellent beforehand, but the new look is very intimidating as well !

Fantastic work. He just oozes menace, and you can just picture him marching forward with the rest of the warband in his wake.

Thanks for the comments folks. He's still on the bench awaiting paint. Won't be long now though. So, I had my first apocalypse game today 8000pts a side with each player allowed 1 superheavy up to 800pt limit. I managed to get my Gorehound to stage it was playable with and I'm glad I did. It performed brilliantly taking out a ShadowSword and a Tesseract Vault and not losing a single hull point in the process. Plus I got to see it next to a genuine FW titan. It's not as small as I feared.
Here's a few pics of the day, I actually forgot to get a pic of the two titans side by side to show you guys. Next time though.

This was fun to watch even though the Knight Wa horribly outclassed.

And a quick pic of the Gorehound back on its display base. One of the weapon mounts came off on the journey home so hasn't been reattached yet. Simple fix though then final gap fill and paint will follow. Also have a quick peek at a possible crew.

Thanks buddy the game was a lot of fun.
So I finished painting Malek Deimos yesterday. Here's how he looks now.

And anyone remember this guy?

Well he got some paint at long last as well.

You can also see a little objective marker I've been working on. I'm gonna have a set of 6 soon so will show them all in their own post.

Let me know your thoughts on these guys.

Thanks buddy. Krautscientist came up with a nice way of commemorating the challenge to complete our lords in the form of a couple of really cool images. Check them out. Also I think almost all of you reading this blog will have seen Krautscientists as well but just in case you haven't I highly suggest you check it out.

Ok so an update of sorts. First up is a Tank buster Termi Lord I can use in place of Deimos in bigger games.

An early sneak peek at an Angron conversion based on Rumplemasters. Still a lot of work need on this but happy with how it's going so far. There's also a look at a version of my Jugger Lord on foot. His backpack will be magnetised so he can be run with a JP as well.

Also this happened.

I'm also patiently waiting for a Warden to arrive as well. I've only made a start on the base so far. Nothing fancy but I grabbed a couple of scrap bits, some cork and some sand.

I recently just got a box of Crypt Horrors and another box of bikes for my birthday and I have 10 Warhounds coming that I'll be using as Fleshhounds for my Daemonkin Gorepack.

Nice job on both the models, they look quite good.
But I feel like Angron might need some bulking up, especially because of the new Bloodthirster who might make him look a bit thin.
Still good job and nice to see some of your work again

Thanks guys. Here's another couple pics of the Knight, I'm still unsure of the faceplate, I like both options I've made but really can't decide.

Awesome work on the Knight (just watch the mould lines on the Juggernaut heads). I have to say that I prefer the mouth open as it helps distinguish the miniature from its loyalist counterparts, and it is also an echo of the Legion's symbol.

Thanks guys, Dreadclaw69, I know what you mean about the head imitating the legion badge it's part of the reason I used the banner I did on the hips as well. But my thinking behind the other helmet is it's similar to the MKII berserker helmets. Like these so I'm toying with the idea of a spiked Mohawk.

Sneshy, thank you very much buddy. Truth be told I wasn't entirely blown away with the FW Chaos Knights I like some elements but I feel these ones are a little underwhelming.

Ok so I decided on a head for the first Knight, obviously needs cleaning up but I'm really happy with it. I'm now on the hunt for a Bloodthirster skull shoulder pad for my second knight so they're similar but not identical. Let me know your thoughts folks

The last helmet wins hands down in my mind. I think the first helm needs something to pad out the cheek areas, perhaps bigger vents similar to your dreadnoughts with defiler masks.

I like the second helm but it's a little too plain. It'd be good on a Loyalist knight.

Wow!! That head looks great!! Though you should perhaps close the mouth a little bit.

Thanks guys in really happy with the newest head. Fits what I had in mind almost perfectly. Here's a quick pic of how it stands at the moment. When I've worked on it a little more I'll get some better pics

Looks great. Definitely stick with that.

I can totally imagine that head starting to come to life. Growling and gargling against the machine parts that still remain.

Perhaps oil/blood/drool mixture when it is all painted up?

Are those some Hounds of Khorne i see in the background?
