He is actually pretty much the same size as the last one, so true scale 10ft high.


Thoughts appreciated, and I mean what I said there, if anyone fancies him let me know, before I mess it up with a sloppy paint job.

Done a bit more done on the buggy, but not worth really showing.

And started to paint the Boss, but don't want to show him off until he's complete. Won't be long.

Had to clear up all my work area for guests coming over for christmas, trying to look presentable. Does mean I have a clear desk though to take nice pictures of my LoER comp entry. Competition is so tough I want to do a bit more before I call it a day on it, but easily achievable in time frame.

Well I hope your all ready for christmas, I am not, got to go out today to finish off the shopping and hopefully sneak a prezzy for my beloved. (she puts up with so much!)

That is quick work on the buggy too. The plasticard wheel covers? Just bent with the Chef's torch? And they hold that shape on their own, with no additional support?

@ Gits thanks I think I will actually.

With that in mind, far to busy to get him done so better post a WIP shot, still got more to add yet and painting is basic at mo, lots more to do on that.



Oh and picked this up...thinking of doing a Warboss on a squiggy stead type thing, so severe beheading and remodel, with some armour plates and one of my super large bosses on top and maybe?

I think you could make that into a proper big squiggoth (heavy choice like the one I did). Put a howdah of sorts on the back for you guys to ride in and then not only do you have a cool model but a legal one as well. I think you could probably remove the skirt from the head and take the horns and make them tusks... you'd be 75% there!

@ Dr H Had visitors so I did most of the driving, thus no hangover, going to have to work on that!, Thanks, I am afraid I am dumb on specifics with the model, its a Tricerotops to me, but I know there were many different ones, so you may be right. I am afraid it is no longer, see below, far below....

@ Gits Indeed I am a little in a swither as to which way to go. You know that bit in LOTR where the Ork General comes down through the army on a huge Warg, trying for something like that!, but will have to do a size comparison for you to tell me how close it is. Only cost about £5 for that, and it is a nice model. Well was!! See below.
