To everyone expecting someone actually using glue to make fire, pour gasoline into Styrofoam, it generates a similar effect.

Another method is taking a blowtorch to Styrofoam. That method is very difficult, as you have to apply just enough heat to make it fizz.

Hello Dakka!!! Playing my V-card on the posting, but just dropping a quick line.
I was inspired from this post, and plan on posting pictures of my newly destroyed tank after I finish a rough paint job..... In case anyone was curious how it looked on a model.

I was going for a destroyed immolator, imagine the internal tanks blowing and spewing liquid fire, engulfing the inside and pouring out the blown out door. not sure how well you can see it, but there is an arm reaching out the door
not to hijack the thread, but any C&C on the fire and the front of the tank is appreciated (ignore the paint, its all a wip)

That is some Old Tank body there lol I have not seen that style of Chassis since I stared 40K back in '94 XD. I hated those Rhinos and Tanks of the similar Design. I always had trouble keeping then seamless I always wound up with Gaps... it made me mad XD I might just make my old Angles Tank destroyed like this since it is falling apart and old XD
Great Tutorial, and I do not see why everyone needs a painting pictures of this. I mean yea it would be nice, but just look for a "Painting Fire" Tut XD I think that would be just fine.

These are some I made earlier.
As soon as I work out how to colour them like flame, I'll update this!
