OK, so it was suggested I should start a blog on these rather than individual posts, so I'm going to start with the Tau Titan project and then link to the other threads...

So it seemed to me that a mini-titan type of approach for the Tau would not be amiss, sort of a super-battlesuit rather than the massive Imperial stuff. Something fairly mobile and heavily armed with decent armour and shield technology rather than a lumbering behomoth. This is where this project started. Here is the current WIP.

The plan is to have standard Devilfish/Hammerhead engines on the circles on the "backpack" to give the walker a limited jump ability, something akin to the normal battlesuit jetpack move, rather than complete aerial mobility (which would require stronger stuff I feel!).

it looks really cool but i think you need to make it look more different and converted from the starwars drone model your using as a base for it. nice though

It's actually not that bad looking, but I would like to make some suggestions:

The feet need some work, looks a little bit flimsy for a titan of this size, you're on the right lines, but maybe widen the footprint to make it look like it wouldn't fall over.

This applies to your superheavy tank as well, It's a damn good job, but needs a little extra detailing to stop it looking like a star wars toy with some railguns added to it. Look at the FW Tau superheavies for reference, try and replicated some of the paneling using plasticard on the large surfaces of your models, add smaller details such as power cables/vents/gears etc in appropriate places (you have a lot of flat surfaces on there).

It's a damn fine start, but needs some finishing touches

It looks pretty cool, but I agree that the feet could be better. Also adding more Tau bitz such as sensors and the like might help sell the theme more.

Great conversions all around, keep up the great work.
