Hey Guys! I about to start painting some TAU KROOT and love this color scheme I found in the new codex. The only problem I've having is what colors to use. The kroot I have now are primed white so I feel like it would work so far but what colors would you guys color with? I like using privateer press more than citadel. Also how did that get that glowing blue effects around the sides?
Thanks!

Which party exactly are you trying to emulate? On the whole, this seems like a case of "if you have to ask, you can't afford it." There's got to be at least 5 layers to the blue on his face alone. My best guess for the flesh tone is something like GW's Rotting Flesh washed with a dirty color (mayhaps Devlin Mud) then raised waaaaay back up with Rotting Flesh highlights mixed in incrementing ratios.

Just grab a pale green wash, some agrax earthshade and a more vivid green and go to town, should give you a similar result.
