Well here is my Lord choice from my Skaven (not my best paint job tho but still one of my better ones but the pictures don't do it justice) and an image of my Farseer which is my most recently painted HQ for Eldar
I apologize for he Farseer picture I just took them in non natural light (usually I use combination) and the white balance is off but I am to lazy to fix it didn't shoot in RAW

Better? That guy looks pretty awesome.

If you are talking mechanics, powersword/stormbolter is a little lackluster. Count that as a relic blade and it’s a not bad, inexpensive TAC build.
