However I think the things holding together the three barrels of the gun above the driver/rider need more rivets (I know, I'm too late since its already half painted)

All of your pieces are outstanding. If anyone dares to call what you're doing "kitbashing" they need to be corrected immediately. There's a tremendous amount of inventiveness and artistry in all of these models in this thread.

That being said I'm going to imitate your Talos/Daemon Prince fusion from last year. Imitation is the best compliment, after all.

Simply breathtaking, GuitaRasmus! And the metallic sheen really helps to sell it as a fly, in my opinion! Agreed on the Golden Demon comment

One idea concerning the wasps/Raptors: It seems like the new Plaguebearer kit has a fly head as one of the options: That may be a nice part for a possible Raptor champion, or for some extra variety in the squad.

You can really see the metallic effect on that carapace in some of those shots! Its just breath-taking work overall Guita, fits perfectly with Nurgle.

Walker - I'm using it as a storm talon for now, but since aeronautica just came out, the blight drone rules work pretty well.

I've spent most of tonight doing a conversion for a buddy, who wanted a "black knight defiler" for his black legion army he's working on - it came out pretty well:
