Women are made of Sugar, Spice, and everything nice. That means they taste like cinnamon toast and make your eyes turn blue.

I've often wondered exactly what "everything nice" encompassed...I mean a '67 Impala is pretty damn nice as is a good left hook, where exactly is the "nice" line drawn in the construction of the female of the species?

@FITZZ
I'd just have to take you up on that pizza-recipe of yours! Home-made pizza is just DELICIOUS! And BBQ-marinated chicken sounds damn tasty too!
- I have a feeling, that delicious and tasty just might blend well together

I think the 'everything nice' part means that its supposed to be the better Dune movie, we'll have to ask Melissia about that one.

Although that's an awkward question,

"Hey Melissia."
"What?"
"How do you taste?"
"....."
"Seriously, Fitzz, Monster Rain, Cannerus, and I want to know."
"......"
"Thread has been locked."

Actually, if the current discussion is off-topic... And the Thread is located in the Off-Topic aswell... Doesn't that mean, that they counter eachother out, and actually makes it all on-topic?

I don't understand how women can watch those make-up adds and think "wooo, thats sounds good Ill buy some".

Its the most over the top, full of crap commercials I have ever seen.

They also come up with some funny words like "de-crinkle". How does makeup de-crinkle your face?

Adviertisement and marketing aimed at women's perceived (real or imagined) insecurities....it's BIG business.
Flip through an issue of Cosmo, every other page is ..."This is how a woman should look"...followed by a sales pitch of "..And this is how you to can achieve that look."
Seems to be working as well since "cosmetics/beauty aids" is a multi-billion dollar a year industry.

Its kind of like men but with food, I mean look at the topic it started about women and then as soon as we introduced food it became about cannibalism.

In my own personal experiences...most definitely.
Where I am able to function on five to six hours of sleep ,the majority of women I've known seem to require more.
My second ex-wife...if left undisturbed could easily sleep ten hours.

She's not a crazy ho, just an average college student. If she's planning to go to med school it gets worse.

After a quick googling, there are several studies indicating that women need more sleep but that only means so much. I'm an early bird because I choose to be. I value getting 8 hours of sleep so I prioritize it. I've known many, many women who do the exact opposite for really lame reasons like "I don't get sleepy until 4 in the morning." Okay, then try running or walking one day so you'll tire yourself out earlier. "I can't, I have sports asthma/weak joints/get too winded..." Gah! >.< So much of the bitchiness I've dealt with in my life could have been mitigated if they just would have taken care of themselves. I find people sleeping in til past noon to be extremely unattractive.

I don't discriminate I just really don't like the thought of laying around when time could be spent doing stuff instead. Everyone needs their down days, but getting too much sleep is just... wasteful I guess. Is that a normal view or am I being picky? I don't want to be being picky.

Since I'm feeling randomly reflective... It's the same with me and different foods. I'm not picky about them because I willingly chose not to be at one point, and it makes it very difficult for me to sympathize with someone who is. It just seems so... high maintenance, for lack of a better term.

Not enough of a morning person for that. Mind you, my idea of "morning" is five to seven AM, not "any time before noon"...

I look forward to my portfolio summester. Assuming I can motivate myself to get the work done, I'll have a lot of fun making something awesome. Not sure what it'll be, but it'll be awesome.

And Terminus, as out of place as that comment is, I appreciate it.

I try to go to bed by 12:00am and I always wake up by 6:30am, whether or not I remain up depends on the day's activities. On mondays, wednesdays, and fridays I hit the snooze till 9am(class at 11) and on tuesdays and thursdays I hit the snooze till 11am(class at 1:30). On weekends I stay up because I have work, during break I stay up because even though I don't have school or work I'm probably going to end up doing yardwork for somebody, or in the case of this spring break I'm breaking up a driveway and helping pour in concrete. Then I'm probably painting a shed, on those days I'm up at 6:30, getting in the shower by 6:40(morning evacuation and shaving come first), eating breakfast at 7:00, on the road at 7:45, getting a 24oz coffee by 7:55 and working from 8:00 to 1:00 where I take a 30 minute break and then continue till about 6:00pm. Maybe later if the sun decides to stay out.

BUT i can't comment on womens sleeping as i havnt been in a proper relationship in over a year now. but one of the girls i was with for a small while slept till like 5pm sometimes.... i do that once in a while (when going to bed at like 11am)....

but i cant say anything about sleeping less than a woman, i once spent 22 hours or so sleeping, THAT was freaky... and confusing.

So, I found this Electric Guitar for $99.99, and it comes with an Amp.

As much as I want an Electric Guitar, though, I don't think I am going to get it. I can barely play my Accoustic, and so I think I should probably figure out how to play that one first.

That, and instead of buying just a normal Electric Guitar, I could customize it later on

And this will net me more chicks in the long run.

I plan on playing both, honestly. Electric as a mega super Rock Star, Accoustic as Mild Mannered Slarg.

I present this biblical contradiction for everyone's disapproval:

1 Chronicles 21:1 And Satan stood up against Israel, and provoked David to number Israel.

2 Samuel 24:1 And again the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and he moved David against them to say, Go, number Israel and Judah.

Just remember that as soon as you do start another relationship(even physical) it increases the chance of her wanting more. If your ex wasn't to your tastes(mine is cinnamon toast for example) then you may want to avoid increasing your carnal knowledge education with her library.

My personal experience is this: If there's still leftover feelings, the friends-zone is the agony-zone. Don't go down that road, unless you're willing to live in misery whenever she's around.
- But if you're fine with it, then fair enough. Go for it!

My brother goes to a military school in western Virginia and its a four hour drive, there's going to be a 'winter formal' for the cadets. The cadets are male and female and can only go to the dance if they have a date.

Well I was supposed to go up there with my mom and our friend to take my bro's girlfriend up and our friend up(who was going to be another female cadet's date). I found out that they were leaving on friday so I couldn't go(class till 7pm) and told my employer that I could work on saturday and sunday. Well my mom calls me and asks if I wanted to leave saturday morning, I told her I couldn't because I already told my boss I could come in and then asked why.

"Well your brother got you a date." she said.

"Son of a bitch." I thought. Once again work and school srewed me over.

And I kind of wanted to do things with men, but that's a side point. I'm messing with my guitar now, what's a good, not horribly difficult song to sing that I can learn?

Already have it, though I play the lead on harmonica instead. Was discussed in a karaoke thread roughly 6 months ago, I believe

And either/or, if I couldn't adjust one to sound better on the other I wouldn't be asking Preferably something fun to sing with. Doesn't even have to have a guitar in it.

agreed.
I love when a girl voices in their opinion and actually make up their minds. I think the coolest girls voice their opinions. And aren't tools, (in that being used as a tool) or acting like an idiot or pawn.
And that is also related to singers. Who are girls. And is not the jonas brothers, or justin bieber.

The best quote i've heard from a girl was. "So let me get this straight your not gay? Because you really seem like it. No offense Cam, you just seem like one of those guys. I think i will tell my friends."

Or.
"I Shall make love to my wife."

or.
""Today, I learned that "Je suis excité" does not mean "I'm excited" in French. It means "I'm sexually excited"... more or less. I've been doing a lot of exciting things and using it a lot the past two weeks. "

In unrelated news my friend just rolled his phone number on d6's... And we've spent the last 5 minutes screaming like tween year old girls who've just found naughty pics of justin beiber... i.e. shirtless ones.

As Melissa so finely puts it, it goes for both sexes, really. It's not just a male thing. I believe just about the most girls in my life would describle me pretty much like the girl you just described.

But frankly, this stuff only gets easier, if you want it to. The trick, really, is not letting yourself become too available to the other person. And if you're able to manage that, you succeed on two fronts.
1. Just like the old saying goes; "the hunt is better than the catch.", this is the best i can describe it. If you're too available, you're not interesting. It's as simple as that.
2. You're better able to find your own balance, and realise how far you're willing to go.

Buttom line: you become less naive by the experience you gain, and you'll become much more aware of your own limits. It's important to know these limits, and even more so, preventing others from stepping over them. But it does come by itself. It requires from a person, that they have got enough self-respect not to let it happen.

Why does everything have to be about Furries?

No, Leash being meant figuratively, giving the man boundries and telling him he can't do certain things. A little bit of control freak, just a little, is rather sexy.

And, depending on the girl, I could be a real animal, yes

Even a little control freak will make you miserable in the long run even if they make you a little happy. And you can probably assume that I have an interesting story or two about collars, but I'd rather stay on the mods good side (that's all for you, MM! ).

You're thinking too much about girls, IE, immature children (including teenagers) and not enough about women

Teenagers are, by and large, fairly immature and stupid.

You know what the perfect woman would be?

A gal who, while not necessarily partaking in my nerdish games like Warhammer or games of the Virtual variety, but accepts them. Being able and willing to WAAAAAGH! is always a plus. She isn't a nerd herself, but she accepts my nerdish tendencies and accepts my Geek Outs. Beautiful, smart, always been weak kneed for women with glasses/red hair, so that's a plus.

But yeah.

Maternal and paternal instinct are part of genetics (in fact, when a guy emotionally believes a child is his, his estrogen levels rise, leading to far more protective behavior-- thus the overprotective dad syndrome), though that doesn't stop them from being either ignored or twisted into something incredibly horrible and perverse.

But doesn't that work the other way around aswell? It's nothing rare, that women wants a big guy, due to him being better suited as a "protector".

Here in Denmark, it's actually quite often you experience the girls being the ones, that makes the first move, and takes the initiative, when wanting to enter into a conversation with the opposite sex.
- The interesting part, however, is that it's often the big and buffed guy, that the girls chooses. My older brother even stated, that picking up girls, back when he was frequently working out, was alot easier than ususal.

Well, my week has been a bucketload of crap.

First, a cyst I have on a rather... 'sensitive' area became infected and it had to be incised (or cut open) and drained (but this is the NHS, so it was done between thumb and forefinger) with no anasthetic or numbing cream etc. of any kind.

Then during a check-up on wednesday about it I learned it hadn't been drained properly (-.-) and might need to be re-drained if it got re-infected. I also learned that a referral the A&E doctor I saw on Monday should've put through to the Urology dept. to have it completely excised was never put through, and I had to have my GP do it and I should recieved a reply within... 16 weeks.

To top it all, it aches and totally ruined my plans for this week and next week.

Oh the joys of the NHS ¬.¬

It's worth noting that women prefer moderately built men with a V-shaped torso, rather than bulging freaks of nature. "Bigger" only helps so long as it's not "rediculously bigger."

And rather than using pickup lines regarding the size of your penis, you should be using ones regarding the size of your resource earning potential.

Yep. Women prefer the average 6". The vagina itself is only especially sensitive for the first third of the way in (with the legendary G-spot being around a third in, on the side of the woman's front, right behind the bladder and next to the Skene's gland. Note that not all women have G-spots, since it's related directly to the size of the Skene's gland). Additionally, if it's too long, it could hurt the woman.

I don't have my textbook or my notes on me right this second, but in a cross-culture study, women were shown 6 pictures of the same man, in the same pose. The only difference was that his penis was of varying sizes in all the pictures. The moderately-sized penises were picked the most often in favour of the overly-large penises.

Hmm Interesting...

In the attempt to remain "family friendly" (and in no way attempting to get into a "size" debate),I can say that physically I'm a Big guy,not Blob big...but "Linebacker" big if you follow.
Now,I'm prepotianent in build/size..etc and have never received any "complaints"....lord that just sounds silly... hope you follow my meaning...self censoring is a pain sometimes.

I have 6.5 inches. Measured it.

But largely, penis size is relatively unimportant so long as you're not hurting the woman you're with. Even if it's a micropenis, you can always use oral or digital (fingering) stimulation to finish the job if your member isn't always up to the task.
