Welcome to the Dakka Dakka Urban Dead thread for the zombie group known as The Nurglings, the zombie group started by Dakka Dakka MOD Manchu.
All Dakka members are welcome to play, but everyone must follow the Code of Conduct so that we don't bring discredit to Dakka Dakka and our fellow Dakkanauts.
Our group is currently located in the Kempsterbank suburb of the game map. Look in the central south portion of the city. In the past we have also roamed in the suburbs of Vinetown and West Grayside (late September 2013).
Sign up for the game online here: http://www.urbandead.com/. It is free and available online at all times of the day.
Once you join, set your group name in your profile to The Nurglings and post a link to your player profile here so that the other Nurglings (about 32 players) can add you to their contacts list, which allows us to identify your character online in the game. Otherwise you are just another nameless zombie to us.
When you begin, the game may start you in a suburb far away from Vinetown. Just look at the Wiki map, figure out where you are and walk to join us. We need you. Those humans are not going to eat themselves!
Code of Conduct in Urban Dead 1. Don't take it personal. You will die a lot and kill a lot in Urban Dead. Enjoy the street theater.
2. While having fun, behave like you would in Dakka. Do not use sexual, political, cultural, national, and racial insults.
3. No text raping or other deviant role playing.

Spoiler:
Human Hunting Game Info (Monday, 27 May - Saturday, 1 June, 2013) [spoiler]Here in Vinetown, we are going to play a Human Hunting Game AKA A Fox Hunt.
The game officially begins at 0001 BST on Monday, 27 May, and ends at 0800 BST on Saturday morning, 1 June, which should allow everyone five evenings to find the prey. For those in North America, those times translate to 6:01 PM on Sunday thru 2 AM on Saturday. That might give the North Americans a bit of an advantage but probably not since Just Dave will announce identified locations of the prey (those we know about) and he lives in England, so there won't be any tips until he is ready on Monday, the 27th.
The objective is to score points by landing the killing blow for any of the targets, while they are human. No points awarded for killing them while they are zombies, but you can make a kill as a zombie or human. We require proof of a kill, either a screen capture/snip or a witness from our horde that is posted in this thread. You can get points for killing the same person multiple times should they be revivified during the week. However, no camping at revivification points.
ADDED: Points system
Five Points for killing a target
One Point for killing another human (but not Free Chicken)
You should group up with friendly zombies into kill teams. Tearing open the 'cades and eliminating a target is often more than a one zombie job.
Kill Teams consist of five or fewer members.
Final results for the Fox Hunt.
Team DUPAY is the winning team with 26 points. Team Basher is second with 12 points. Team Biters is third with 6 points.
Azazel the Cat is the killy-est zombie with six confirmed kills. HiveFleetPlastic and Shax each had five confirmed kills. Notprop had three.
Zombies with objective target kills:
Shax (3)
HiveFleetPlastic
Bromsy
Scrabb
Thanks to everyone for being such good sports and outstanding zombies! I will get the results added to the OP and also update the Wiki later today.
Final results for the Fox Hunt:

DA's Forever wrote: I didnt know a Dakka group was still kicking. I remember awhile back we had a survivor group trying to hold Caiger. I might have me zombie wander on down there. Might give me a reason to actually play him...
Some of that survivor group, including Manchu, turned zombie and moved to Vinetown as The Nurglings. There are still a few playing humans as part of The Augarde Street Irregulars.
Monster Rain, Just Dave, Benamint, and Casey's Law are fairly active. Manchu and others have been quiet of late.
There is at least one other zombie group in Vinetown. Whenever we attack a building, another five or six unknown zombies show up.
And one large zombie group showed up for a short while to totally wreck Mitchem Mall.
You create a character and start out as either a human or a zombie. You have action points that you use to perform actions such as attacking, searching, tearing down/building barricades, talking/groaning, etc.
The city map is a grid of neighborhood blocks comprised of individual buildings, open areas, and monuments. Humans typically hide in the best resource buildings and barricade them into fortresses.
Unfortunately, too many people play survivors so nearly every building is a fortress. The game needs more zombies wrecking face.
You earn skill points for successful actions and use them to improve your human and/or zombie skills.
It is easy to switch back and forth between zombie and survivor since dead survivors return as zombies and there are necrotech syringes that will revivify a zombie as an infected survivor.
Unfortunately Officer Chuckky D has sworn to eradicate the undead menace in the Quarlesbank area. So I'll have to pass on this unless something goes drastically wrong!
Begone evildoer, least i train my 9 shotguns on you!
Edit: irradiate and eradicate are not to be confused - damn you iPhone predicta text!

NINE!!! See, that is exactly the kind of survivor overkill/overpopulation to which I refer. In a balanced zombie apocalypse ecosystem you would be completely out of ammo and running for your life.
No problem. I'm making waffles and browsing Dakka right now.
You should just put your group name as The Nurglings and then copy and paste the link to your character profile page here in this thread like I did in the example above. You can add my profile to your contacts in the game and we will add you. Then you can see our names in the game.

True but it's easier to find loaded shotguns than shotgun shells!
Please remain where you are; Your position has been reported. Officer Chuckky D moving to investigate.
I'm in "Bunstone Way", and I'm inbound towards Vinetown
Eetion wrote:I might have a little look at this, will report back if I decide to set up an account.
Glad to have your help, Dark Apostle! We're in the NW corner of Vinetown right now. Remember that you can also move diagonally and it is often faster. Also send your actual profile link. I think you somehow copied the blank template link.
No worries, Eetion.
@notprop, try not to trip over all of those shotguns.

Come on down to Vinetown if you want to join the zombie fun!

Thanks man, I'll do that, getting a bit bored playing as a survivor anyway.
The main reason I didn't hear of the move would most likely be that I'm working 12-14 hour days and am seldom on Dakka anymore.
Sad being "out of the loop".
It's been quiet with Chowderhead off and away and Cannerus licking his wounds. With you out as well, I'm guessing the OT forum regulars are KingCracker and Monster Rain? I'm not here very often since I'm more of a painter/modeller/gamer and DCM forum ghost.
Beast Warrior: Keep at it! You'll make it (eventually). Everyone has to start with the Long Walk. I remember.
Dark Apostle, that link works just fine. I added you to my contacts.
For those that want to build their contact lists, see the following reference list (incomplete). Just click on a link and scroll down the page that opens to the bottom left corner where there should be a link to add the person to your Urban Dead contacts list.
The list will allow you to see all the people you have added, their names, levels, groups, and whether they have been active in the past month in the game.
Eetion wrote: Thanks... No doubt I will be dead by the time I get my ap back.
Quite likely, but you can stand back up again and keep going. That's the zombie spirit! The only downside is that getting back up will be very costly in terms of AP until you gain a few zombie skills (especially Ankle Grab). If they kill you with a headshot, it's 15 AP to stand up again. It's still 10 AP to stand up if they kill you without a headshot. Once you get Ankle Grab, those costs are reduced by 9 AP.
We're mostly in the NW corner of Vinetown near Shyar Cinema, Ling Police Department, and Gelasius Hospital.
Though at the moment, I am two buildings west of Shyar outside of the Peter General Hospital because the doors were open and inviting at the time.
Don't worry about no go areas. Just try to avoid getting killed because it cost so many AP to stand up again (and you need those AP to keep moving eastward).
Callsign Blood Rose will be enroute once he regains some AP. Currently smashing barricades. Very tiring work when your limbs are burdened by dead flesh.
Now, my first action as a member is to susggest the whole group goes over to the living and sets up a commune in the most central spot on the map and earns xp by giving out free poetry books.
I'm willing to share my 11 shotguns as a sweetener?
master of ordinance wrote:Callsign Blood Rose will be enroute once he regains some AP. Currently smashing barricades. Very tiring work when your limbs are burdened by dead flesh.
Paste your profile link here so that we can add you to our contacts in the game. Otherwise you will show up as just another plain jane zombie. Barricade smashing is always hard work but it is the only way to the crunchy goodness inside.
notprop wrote:Okay, I'll join but under protest you understand.

Eleven? But, but you just had only nine! Are you growing those things in some dark alley?
I also added you to my contacts and also to the list on page 1.
Eetion wrote: Well I'm not far now. But not an ideal building to have landed myself near.
You are not missing much at the moment. Someone stuck me with a revivification syringe so I will be human again when I stand up. Also, Monster Rain, Just Dave, Casey's Law, and Benamint have all run off so I am by myself (other than a few unknown zombies and a pile of dead bodies).
While human, it is useful to search for a radio receiver. Then tune it to the Vinetown frequency, 26.34, to hear the humans complaining about us. I think I found my receiver in a police station. I also search for pistols, shotguns, and ammunition while human. You can still carry it as a zombie, but you cannot make any use of it until you are human again.
Great! That's the best way to get experience. Once you reach 100 XP you can buy a skill. One of the skills will help you to walk faster (less AP cost for each move).
azazel the cat wrote: Is there any penalty to getting killed? 'cause I'm not gonna be able to finish this guy off, so I'm thinking I best be moving on.
The penalty is time because it will cost you 10 AP to stand back up again...or 15 AP if he kills you with a head shot. There is a skill called Ankle Grab that you can get later that will reduce those costs by 9 AP.
My vote would be to find Maltons stip club (if it has one), set our own Zombie dancers up. Charge for admission!
Lights on, music on, and ambush survivor pervs as they peak in the door.

If you check "Clubs" in the Wiki you will see several that are described as strip clubs. I don't think any of them are in Vinetown. We are more interested in wrecking Shyar Cinema which is often full of humans.
With eight or ten of us, we could ransack that place. Brains and XP for all!
DA's Forever wrote:The Wanderer has made it to crowbank. Not much farther now
Beast Warrior wrote:Joshua Lemon has now arrived into Shore Hills and is currently residing in the lovely amazing wasteland
The first long walk is the most difficult. It will get easier once you reach Vinetown, scuff up a few humans, gain XP, and buy some nice skills so you can move and fight better.
It happens when one of the humans sticks you with a revivification syringe. They tend to do that often because we fight better as zombies than we do as humans. It also reduces us to zero HP instantly so it is somewhat more effective than killing us with weapons.
Wow okay then, so my verdict is that it is a very tactical game, pretty fun and it makes you think strategically. For a browser based game it gets a good 7.5 in my books
Synchronized group action raises the bar even higher. Humans use radios to summon reinforcements. Everyone uses various chat, IM, and message boards to coordinate.

Thanks for that you learn something everyday.
Note to self: get some syringes be more effective at being killy.
Just remember that it doesn't work so well versus zombies that have the full set of human skills. They come back to life and kill you with human weapons.
So is there a grand listing of special power-ups and abilities, then? Because it sounds like it's a decent idea to specialize, if possible (eg. get some zombies to focus on "sapper" skills to pop buildings like can openers, so that more heavily-armoured and tough "breach" zombies can bear the brunt of the defenders' attacks, so that offensive-specialized killers can get at the survivors)
Is that a feasible option? Or are the skills all pretty generalized?
You'll probably recognise me by my stylish outfit of a straightjacket, a mustard yellow skirt and a toe tag . The fact that i could choose those options immediatley made me fall in love with the game. I'm also almost at vinetown.
notprop wrote:So what you're saying is don't get rid of those shotguns then.
Cheers
Yes, never leave a loaded shotgun behind.

It does make sense for low level zombies to specialize. Manchu organized teams like that when The Nurglings first began their assault on Vinetown. Most of them now have enough skills where specialization no longer matters.
As a zombie, you already start with one skill: Vigour Mortis, which makes you better at attacking than a Level 1 human would be.
I went for Lurching Gait, Ankle Grab, and Death Grip early on so that I could move, stand up, and attack better. I really need to get Memories of Life though because it is a pain not being able to open doors. I always have to ask for help from other zombies.
A "sapper" would probably get Death Grip (to tear barricades better), Memories of Life (to open doors), and Ransack (to ransack and then ruin a building). But you would need other zombies to kill all the survivors in the building before you can ruin it.
"Breach" zombies would benefit from good attack skills and either Flesh Rot or a Flak Jacket to add a bit of protection. Usually though, the best protection is simply numbers.

Welcome Bullockist! I added you to my contact list and will put you in the list (now in the first post of this thread to simplify things).
I've already aquired every zombie skill available ( except cortex damage(?)...so I could act in just about any capacity.
Finally made it to Vinetown(?)...found Monster outside a hospital.
Silly humans and their projectile launchers! I think you linked the wrong profile page.
Dark Apostle 666 wrote:Nearly home, but some son of a female canine stuck me with a revival syringe, so I'm a human ATM. Hopefully some kind soul will bite me again
Eetion wrote:Or just stay human, arm up, and walk in through barricades. Then as the zombies get in position for an assault, let rip at the humans or barricades.
Eetion has a good point...though your attack success rate is lower in human form until you acquire skills. You are probably still infected though and will die again once your HP run out.
notprop wrote:I'm heading south to end these evil doings!
Beware evil ones; a shotgun whirlwind approaches.
Vinetown doesn't really need any defenders. It is chock full of them. That's why I asked for help.

Glad you are back! We need all the humor and experience that we can get. Plus Monster is lying down on the job at the moment. He's a doorstop.
Helping other people is one of the things I like about Dakka...though I tend to lurk outside the hallowed halls of DCM land infrequently. I should do it more often.
There are five of us there now and we will probably add two or three more tomorrow.
I wonder where Manchu, Morathi's Darkest Sin, D-USA, and some of the others have gotten off to. Monster, you, Fitzz, Grakmar, and Casey's Law are the only powerful veteran zombies in our shambling band.
But the day after tomorrow should see us hovering in double digit numbers. If that doesn't break Gelasius, we will have to start drafting people.
You'll recognise me by my fetching mustard yellow shoes and hipster douchbag glasses... Currently swaying on the spot in Pitneybank having attacked a passer-by and shambled a few blocks down from Gibsonton.
I stupidly assumed areas were like 27 squares and wasted all my ap going to the next town .
Still in another 10 hours or soi i'll be at the hospital ready to bash some doors in , hoping that all those toothpicks i make will come in handy after i get some brains.

We should be able to wreck it but the humans have noticed our growing numbers and summoned help via radio. They have improved the barricades.

No worries, once we crack open Gelasius there will be plenty of brains. I just noshed on one human that was standing outside. I hope it wasn't one of you.
azazel the cat wrote: I'm pretty close now. I should be in Vinetown tomorrow morning. Is there any benefit to me grabbing loot while I'm alive?
A radio is fun to have, and bullets and guns aren't a bad thing to be carrying if you get revived. If you can find a fire axe I think you'll be pleased with its versatility.
azazel the cat wrote: I'm pretty close now. I should be in Vinetown tomorrow morning. Is there any benefit to me grabbing loot while I'm alive?
A few items like Flak Jackets and radios are still useful as a zombie. Weapons and first aid kits come in handy while you are in human mode and you will find yourself regularly switching back and forth because the humans use revivification as a quick way to thin our numbers.
From my noobish assessment. It seems like they have battend down the hatches and loaded up with defenders.
Is it worth taking a risk. Relocating a block or 2 away, and taking down say the cinema? They won't immediately know where we've gone, and with any luck we will be inside before they can react. Rather than play to their strengths, by throwing ourselves against the barracades, make them play to ours and wreck some outer areas.
Automatically Appended Next Post: Perhaps the cathedral or the mall. Once were in were past the barracades and the remaining 3 sectors should fall quickly as we can walk inside.
Plus were in striking distance of police stations, hospitals etc.
Jihadin, I added you to my contact list and will add you to the master list in this thread's original post. Please modify your group name to "The Nurglings". Right now the game considers you to be part of a separate group.
Part of our problem is the time differrence between the US and Europe.
We need 4-5 of us attacking the barricades at about the same two hour period so that we get the barricades down, the door opened, and get inside to the crunchy human goodness before the defenders react.
The US folks might be better off concentrating their effort between 9 and 11 PM EST.
We might do the same in Europe between 8 and 10 Greenwich time. I'm in Germany but most of you are in England.
Focusing on a one hour period would be even better but that might be too much of a burden for folks.
Beast Warrior wrote: Yessir, but it will have to be tomorrow when I got quite a bit of AP to use
No worries. I should be able to acquire a new skill tonight so I will pick up 'Memories of LIfe" so that I am able to open the door once we knock down the barricades.
It would be awful to get the barricades down and find out we're stymied by a closed door!
Once we get it down to VHB (very heavily barricaded) then we can tell exactly how many hits it will take to get it down to 0 level. You can see why we need so many zombies to get in.
That's why we need to concentrate our attacks around the same time frame. Otherwise they will repair the damage as fast (or faster) than we can tear down the barricades.
EDIT: The humans at Shyar are asking for help over the radio. They are offering booze and smokes to anyone who helps to build their barricades. If they offer cake, then I'm in!
However, if you find any lone survivors on the streets, please lemme know. I'd *really* like to get some more exp. Not having Lurching Gait and Ankle Grab sucks.
Burt 24 action points on the barricade.....smashing and creaking it...think its down to last two option before doors.... saving my last 5 AP incase I get killed again.....we need a rally time Boss man to get to the human goodies inside....
Albatross. Go to the wiki map thats linked on first page. You can actually map out route and where to go to SHylar cinema. Click on the Vineyard...or Vinewhever and it'll bring up the cordone area. find street or building where you at and browse towards NE corner....7 of us here....thinking the survivors has booze, cigs and porn in cinema.....
azazel the cat wrote: Kono is online and trying to rebuild the barricades. Go for him!
Just you and I made it inside. The barricades are back up to VSB. Just get as many XP as you can get. We're going to get crushed by the humans before the rest of our horde can make it inside.
Tomorrow we should be able to get more folks to mass up at a specific hour. I wonder if 9 PM Greenwich would work better?
6 AP left...dammit...I pound on te barricade all day and all night hopefully before the main assualt kicks off at 9....I'm grunt....gve me 9 EST PST. CST or MST
That is three in the morning for me (if you use 9 PM EST). We probably need a North Americas attack group and a Europe attack group and our Aussie and NZ friends will have to decide which group to join...unless they can amass enough folks for a third attack team.
The key is getting 4-5 team members to hit the barricades at about the same time. Several of them need to have the Memories of Life skill (or be human) so that they can open the door once the barricades are down. The door opens automatically when the right zombie or human enters the building. Then everyone else (without that skill) can enter the open doorway.
At least Azazel has popped his cherry. He has officially crashed a building.

It gets easier once you have a few zombie skills. XP from barricades is not as good as XP from attacking humans though so it pays to hit humans whenever you get the chance...until you have gotten up a few levels like Manchu, Monster, Fitzz, and some of the other veterans.

kronk wrote: JB, I designate you time caller. What time do we coordinate our attacks tomorrow?
I should be at the location with a handful of action points left. So I won't be of much help Friday.
I probably should not designate a time for the US folks. Monster Rain or Fitzz would probably be a better coordinator for that.
Also as you pointed out, Friday night is bad and most of the weekend people are off and on at odd hours. We may not get a solid attack going until Monday night.
I'm in Central Europe Time and my schedule aligns nicely with our friends in England, Scotland, Wales, and the Emerald Isle.
My personal preference is to attack in the evenings around 8 or 9 PM. Perhaps the North American folks could use 9 PM EST as that would allow the west coast folks to join in at 6 PM Pacific Time.
In Europe, 8 PM Greenwich time would allow me to join at 9 PM CET. I'm not sure how it would affect our friends in Australia and New Zealand. I need to look into that.
But it's just a game and folks should feel free to do what they can when they can. Most of us need to build up XP and gain skills because we won't be a truly lethal force until more of us are level 10 or higher.
I'm married Kronk lol so hang pinks balls on the croutch armor like the females do on their trucks on the trailer hitch

5PM PST is 3 PM CST? That could work, depending on meetings at work.
Jihadin wrote: I'm freaking one Zombie'ing this barricade. I keep working it to whoever breaks it open....so whats int here we need?
You always want to crack open a building that has a lot of humans inside. Imagine doing all of that work to crack a barricade just to find an empty building.
I am going to stand up as a human. Anyone that needs XP should attack me (Slow and Purposeful).
I'm not very good at attacking at the moment so think my skills are best used with some interpretive zombie poetry and my musings on Modern society, manners and how Undeath is not the the hold back it might once have been to today's upwardly mobile killing machine.
Kudos to the zombies that used me for cheap XP. That's how the game is played. When they revivify us, we use it to our advantage to get the XP we need to get the skills we want.
It's good just to keep threatening the humans at Shyar while you guys get XP and gain attack skills. It also allows some of the newer zombies time to join us.
At some point, we will probably hit either the hospital, the police department, or the Mall. Those are good human safe houses.

5pm Pac is actually 7pm Central, I think.
Automatically Appended Next Post: Yeah, I'm gonna stand up as human, too. So someone eat me for the exp.
Welcome back to the dead Az......I went all Dark Eldar on you....mauled you twice and poof..your dead....Kronk you didn't show up on the attack list...
Glad to help. The squishy, tasty meatbags inside the cinema seem to like revivifying people; so I think it'll create a decent source of easy exp for us low-level zombies if we just keep attacking each other when someone is in human form.
EDIT: Kronk, I don't think we can attack you unless you stand up. There appears to be a skill to eat downed players, but we don't have that yet.
Wait a bit more Kronk and then stand up.....27 XP points off Az....and Az was hiding the ketchup bottle and mustard in his breast pocket...oh and the wife LOVES THE TITAN but she says "Bull Balls" and the name plate hanging below it.....I can't argue...I'm weak from chemo...so she takes advantage of me......wait..disregard...I enjoythat when she takes advantage of me....
Stay down Kronk a bit more so my AP can build up...used all mine on Az to get him dead...maybe go quicker now that he gave up the ketchup and mustard...don't mind me trying to whistl off key to "Hungry Eyes"

Missed...twice....stop squirming..take it like like the comissar has a bolter to the back of your head....embrace being a Dark Eldar....actually give me a pain token dangit
I'm in the police station in edgecombe bottom right. They are directing survivors to you by tagged walls. Looks likt their barracading up a few buildings and generators here.
Myself and are others have taken down and ruined standing walk police dept.
Generators and EHbarra. In the custard museum, mayer building and cape avenue Police department.
He only had 54 HP when last I stopped clawing at him a few hours ago. I'm waiting within the group for some more AP before I spend 2 go to after Alexander Grosvenor again. I'd recommend taking your shots whilst you can, though.
You will have to walk from where you are to where we are.

Jihadin wrote:Get on SHin....he's rebuilding the barricade...44 HP left on him
If they're all level 41+ they will all have the construction skill so they will all be able to rebuild them as they go active. Probably better to attack the ones that haven't gone active since your last go?
Jihadin wrote:All of us?
Nah, I think they've bagged one or two of us but there's still 6 of us left in as I type.
There really is no need to retreat. We can just stand up and attack anytime we are ready. They revivified me though so you guys need to kill me for the XP and so that I can attack better later.
There are 14 humans inside the cinema and five of our horde are still there. A human named Capaelio is outside sticking zombies with syringes.
Kill him and me for the XP so that you can buy better attack skills. Once you can hit more often and do more damage the barricades will be less of an obstacle to us.
Jihadin wrote:I took a round to the head...15 AP to stand up....6 AP banked...think I be down for a bit...in fact....I think I got thrown out the window....
Yeah, it sucks until you get the Ankle Grab skill.
FITZZ wrote: Inside the cinema and munching.
Lucky Duck. I'm stuck outside as a human that can't hit the side of a building even when I'm leaning on it.
Hold still Kronk...I going to take a bite out of your .....nvm....slipped in some damn stream from the building....
edit
Kronk I love you like a battle brother......but mauled you twice.....24 HP left on Kronk......someone turn to munch him....and watch out for the stream from the building...
I'm having a nice wander around, there's a zoo north of me.....K9 services just hit Caiger Mall, and The Fortress is up. I'm going to wander for a bit, then head to Vine.
I think Lurching Gait would be overall the most beneficial, followed by Ankle Grab. But I can't help but think that since I'm already at the Shyar Cinema (and thus have little reason to travel right now), I should invest in an improved attack, just so I can gain XP faster.
Lots of human targets outside to hit for XP, including me, so I would choose Death Grip.

Capealio is one of the humans. Kill him for XP and tasty brains! EDIT; He's dead.
There is another human SW of us that is also a nice target. EDIT: He is dead too.
The sooner you gain better attack skills, the better we can break open these evil barricades.
I have 19 AP and today is Sunday so I can join in on any assault on Shyar.
When do the folks in North America want to start breaking barricades today?

65 XP...getting there...which should I buy first?
Thanks! You sure you want a Mountain Dew. I used to love that drink but now I think it was killing me. I skip soda altogether now but the Dew is even scarier than most of the others. It's probably OK as long as you are drinking less than two liters a day.
I would buy Death Grip first. It will greatly improve your attack percentage, especially versus barricades. Normally, your chance of a successful hit is halved versus barricades.
So starting out, you have a 25% to hit a human and only a 12.5% chance to hit a barricade.
With Vigour Mortis (which the zombie class gets to start with), your chances are 35% vs. humans and 17.5% vs barricades.
With Death Grip, the chances become 50% vs. humans and 25% vs. barricades, which is the best anti-barricade attack in the game (percent wise).
FITZZ wrote: Attacked the baricades a bit earlier ( 30 mins) am all out of AP for the moment.
...I think you also pointed at the barricades.
I hope you used your middle pointer.
Yup, I "gestured" at the baricades...and I can assure you that gesture was not the least bit friendly.
Automatically Appended Next Post: Unfortunantly now all I can do is stand around swaying until my Ap builds back up.
Hope we can sync some attacks, tried to with Kronk but I missed that window by oversleeping...hell, even zombies need a nap now and again.
azazel the cat wrote: I'm at ling; waiting to recover some AP. Some dirty survivor dropped me with a headshot back at Shyar, so standing up was expensive.
Yes, those headshots are brutal.
I believe we now have seven of us at Ling...though I notice that the game must have some error because I see six of you there but the game says that only five of you are from my horde.
There is a group of six other zombies here, five of them from your horde. You recognise Lost My Dog, Patient 13, notpopped, Trisha Creed, Savus Jebus and Azazel the Cat amongst them.
I get that all the time; it never seems to recognize everyone:
There are five other zombies here, four of them from your horde. You recognise Lost My Dog, Patient 13, notpopped, Trisha Creed and Savus Jebus amongst them. I count 5 names from our horde
Once the heavy hitters - Fitzz, Monster Rain, Just Dave, Grakmar, Benamint, and d-usa - get here, we should be able to toss Kronk right through an open door.
Of course, we could still toss him through a plate glass window just for the giggles.
Great idea but I think we need to practice first just so we get it absolutely perfect. Are there any brick walls we can hurl Kronk against first, we don't want to cock it up now do we...

Where are we going to find a brick wall in a city full of buildings?
Hey, Kronk just arrived.
The barricades are down to Lightly...three or four more good hits ought to bring it down.
You will have to walk from where you are to where we are.

Also change your group to "The Nurglings".
I'm at Huntley Heights and moving down...
How do I go about changing my group?
