Ahh I buy the 10lb. bag of imported Basmati rice! We eat a lot of it, it's quick, easy, and never pastey. We have one of those handly little rice cooker appliances- 1 cup rice, two cups water and in 30 mins it's perfectly cooked.

gotta get me one of them... only just started eating rice (my form of rice is a gak load of bread- im too italian )
i stick to anything that dosent equate to an equal meal... lots and lots of meat and bread.. maybie some pasta, some veggies if they dont suck..

Although soy sauce is much tastier on it than wochestershire IMHO

The only problem I see is getting together after the zombies have cut off international flights....we'll work that out when it happens.

gathering is the keyword for zombie survival...! yep...and as much as i like shhotguns... one feels only really protected if you have at least two of´em with you^^

by the way... what else then lead could you put inside those shells for really hitting Z´s with? something flamable would be nice...

I think 00 buckshot (9 or so large shot) will work pretty good, they will still scatter some-what, and tear lots of flesh away. With slugs, there is no scatter, and if you are not a good shot, or you are running, you might miss.

If you want fire, get a flamethrower. If you want explosives, get grenades.

I just don't trust stuff that would do all of those things. Too many things can go wrong.

Of course, if you can do it, and not injure yourself, you could put white phosphorus in the shells, and seal them with wax, when it hits the air, it burns, and would burn the zombies when they get hit. Putting it in the shells would be where problems could pop up.

I think it's what they make tracer rounds with.

and there i thought the tracer amo was with magnesium...

It is always best to adapt your strategy and know your enemy.

Cricket bat is far more effective... as with a baseball bat the whole thing has a curved edge so blows can gland and deflect. a cricket bat has a flat edge and is a brutal plank imo

Also the best ranged weaponary is a mini gun... because of rate of fire as well as force/speed, it'll cut zombies to pieces as well as each bullet will take several down at once.


But my ultimate choice would by T-fexes with Fleshborer hives

As for the base ball bat, I would take a Machete! Just thing instead of beating him to death, just cut of his feathing head!

dave.. i always assume its the new age zombies that are more "infected" then zombie... only because i like how some of the ideas are more realistic.. if that can be said about zombies...
for ranged, i'd bring 2 things.. a typical M9 since its nice, easy to use, and ammo would be easy to get, not like that minigun. plus its not nearly as loud as that either.. plus a nice hunting crossbow, again for ammo and sound purposes

Ahh, but miniguns will run out of ammo, and machetes will be soon dulled by bones and rotting flesh!

And actually, the round shape of the American Hickory Baseball Bat directs the energy back in exactly the same spot it hits!

@ vik... so you watched Davinci Code, its funny, i own that and angels and demons, but never saw either. yesterday i ended up watching war horse.. and its so odd now that i notice every single darn rivet in any movie!

I love BA's scratchbuilt T-hawk, but Engineers aren't good at building things. That is why I like Max's T-Hawk so much better.

Remember, primer has a thickness and therefore a covering property too. Just because you can see the seam, doesn't mean it will show after paint. A good trick is to rub your pinky finger (most sensitive nerves) pad over the seam- if you feel it, it will show. If you don't feel it, it will not show.

Yeah I could feel it. It was the seperate plate that glues between the two halfs of the tervigon head. it just didn't meet at all in any way. twas rather fething stupid imo...

He got his sight back! ...Well, not really back.. But you know what a mean!

as for the elysian stuff...i´ve heard that the heads and the arms are a bit smaller compared to the adian stuff? FW stuff is more realisticly sculpted than the GW bitz...could that cause problems?

thats the main reason why i havent bought them yet, as a guy at my old store had an elysian army, thats why i stick to gear, and heads sometimes, when using forgeworld IG.. that way i can intertwine it with other bits to convert something completely my own. although i know im going to have to buy the elysian command someday, as that powerfist is tasty delisious!

The DKK from FW entice me more than the Elysians, but I don't ever want to build a 100% FW army.

^ if i where going to do a FW army (besides chaos dwarves) it would be the DKoK, they just look so aaawsome!

can´t recall that atm...have to search for that one...but the whole drop trooptheme is something i really dig... this looks like a way more effective kind of army as DKoK or cadians...

Because saving the cop alerts zombies to your presense... which is terrible, I ran to find a safe place. I would only have saved them if they had ammo... which they had just ran out of... so for me, leave them, I need to live because the zombies didnt know about me.

There is merits for both tbh.

In an apocalypse, there are pro's to being Evil as well as Good. Because like the cop situation, there is no point getting yourself killed, because someone else is about to die. It's pointless heroism.
