I wanted to make a list of every unit you could spam in the armies whether effective or just stupidly fun.
*please don't take this literally and say "you could spam any unit"

For now all i can think of is

Space marine spam
Assault marine spam (blood angels)
dreadnoughts or dreadbash
immolator spam for the witch hunters
ork boy spam (180 boyz with a warboss/deffkoptas)
landraider spam

Fenrisian Wolf spam. 9 squads of 15 Wolves, 135 models for just over 1000 points. Granted, this has now filled up all of your Troops and Fast Attack slots (And can never hold objectives) but hey, still a fun list to play.

grot spam, with shokk attack gun mek.

billions of tiny useless little goblin men being teleported into enemies armor- how can such a thing be boring?

Killa Kanz spam.
Obliterator spam.
Landspeeder spam.
Destroyer spam.

Biker spam?

All deathwing armies are: terminator spam. If they could benefit from the SS/TH rules in the vanilla dex they would be pretty awesome.

The ultimate army is Summoned Lesser Dæmon spam.

IG tank spam: 9 LRBTs and a wide selection of FA tanks.

Nah, the Guards FA tanks are sub Par. What you want are 9 Leman Russ Classico with HB Sponsons and 9 Vendettas.

lol Its possible to make a whole ork army with everything but the heavy support on bikes.

Tervigon spam. Has quite possibly the largest amount of units you can possibly have out at one time in the game.

90 Termagants and 6 Tervigons for just under 1500 points. Haha you wouldn't have much of an actually effective army but with numbers like that, it would be hella fun.

You can't have 6 Tervigons. You can have 5, 2HQ and 3 Troops. Throw in 10x3 gaunts and some Spod Zoanthropes and you have an an awesome army

Doh I'm still under the impression of 3 HQ FOC slots. I've never tried to use more than 2 so I'm glad I haven't lol.

you can field 180 grots for almost 560 pionts.

Largest amount of units a Tyranid army can have at one time. Naturally the Imperial Guard can outnumber Tyranids with ease. 1680 points and 6 troops slots get you 330 men without resorting to conscripts. More reasonable builds will still often outnumber Tyranids.

Gaunt Spam!!!

Broadside Spam can be fun, as can an XV8/XV88 suit spam army.

Lesser Daemon spam, okay!

Scout spam is a realistic issue.
But I haven't seen a competitive Scout army yet.

I've got a feeling that if you can think of it there is as spam for it. I used to play all my IG heavys as morter squads.
Awesome for making a wall of fire, even better if you had the range already zeroed in before you started to play

Dark lance spam
10 Dark Eldar warriors w/ 2 dark lances is only 100 points, so for under 1500 points DE can get more then 21 Dark Lances on the table, 12 in squads, 9 on ravagers, and any transports for HQ
