Yes but it's not always guaranteed you'll be on the 'giving' side of things, and you're also not guaranteed that the organ & orifice combination will be to your liking...

As for me, I'd like to end up in a tzeentchy kind of way, perhaps being able to manipulate technology psyionically. More likely is I will either die, or be turned into a chaos spawn and then die
