Because I apparently have a thing for heavily armed female fanatics on huge motorbikes, and I've just been homebrewing
new Ecclesiarchy Battle Conclave characters, I couldn't help but write up these rules for a biker variant of the Death Cult Assassins. They're the choppy counterpart to my shooty
homebrew Sororitas bikers, with special rules and a stratagem that, in combination, allow them to charge a unit at S:5 and then immediately disengage 6".
I've also included rules for Missionaries and Preachers on bikes, the better to accompany Death Cult, Sororitas, and
Frateris bikers. I decided
not to make a bike-mounted Crusader with a big old lance, though -- somehow the "medieval knight but technology" vibe seemed kinda dull and obvious there.
As always, I'm eager for critiques and suggestions.

Death Cult Bikers
(26 points per model; 2-5 models per unit)
Some Death Cults favor speed over stealth and race into battle on motorbikes, their power blades slashing the impious as they pass. Their pedestrian counterparts consider the bike cultist crude and flamboyant — some even sport red leather instead of black — while the bikers consider traditionalists slow and overly fussy about their cuts. But to the layperson, both sects are more than adequately lethal.
Stratagem:
Cut Through (2
CP)
Use this Stratagem after a Death Cult Biker unit in your army successfully Charges one or more enemy units. At the end of the Fight phase, you may move that unit 6” in any direction, as long as it ends this move more than 1” away from all enemy units.
Design Notes:
Biker Missionary
(55 points per model, 1 model per unit)
Biker Preacher
(45 points per model, 1 model per unit)
Design Notes:
Based on Codex: Space Marines, putting a normal infantry model on a bike costs ~10 points; per C:
SM and legends, putting a character on a bike costs ~15-30 points. I figure Ministorum Priests are wimpier than the wimpiest Marine character, plus they don’t get Turbo-Boost, which means they struggle to keep up with 16” + Turb-Boost Death Cult and Sororitas Bikers (14” Frateris Bikers are no problem). But a highly-mobile War Hymns/Word of the Emperor bubble is still nice, so +17 for the Missionary, and highly-mobile War Hymns/Icon of the Ecclesiarchy is not quite as good, so +15 for the Preacher.
