Because I apparently have a thing for heavily armed female fanatics on huge motorbikes, and I've just been homebrewing new Ecclesiarchy Battle Conclave characters, I couldn't help but write up these rules for a biker variant of the Death Cult Assassins. They're the choppy counterpart to my shooty homebrew Sororitas bikers, with special rules and a stratagem that, in combination, allow them to charge a unit at S:5 and then immediately disengage 6".
I've also included rules for Missionaries and Preachers on bikes, the better to accompany Death Cult, Sororitas, and Frateris bikers. I decided not to make a bike-mounted Crusader with a big old lance, though -- somehow the "medieval knight but technology" vibe seemed kinda dull and obvious there.
As always, I'm eager for critiques and suggestions.

Death Cult Bikers
(26 points per model; 2-5 models per unit)
Some Death Cults favor speed over stealth and race into battle on motorbikes, their power blades slashing the impious as they pass. Their pedestrian counterparts consider the bike cultist crude and flamboyant — some even sport red leather instead of black — while the bikers consider traditionalists slow and overly fussy about their cuts. But to the layperson, both sects are more than adequately lethal.
Spoiler:

M:17” WS:3+ BS:4+ S:4 T:4 W:2 A:4 Ld:7 Sv:5+/5++

This unit contains 2 Death Cult Bikers. It may contain up to 3 additional Death Cult Bikers. Every model is equipped with Death Cult power blades.

Abilities:
Zealot
Ecclesiarchy Battle Conclave
Uncanny Reflexes

Speed Kills
When this model charges, add +1 to its Strength in the subsequent Fight phase.

Shadow Riders
Improve the invulnerable save provided by Uncanny Reflexes to 4+ when this model is targeted by Overwatch and during the Shooting phase after it has Advanced or Charged.

Turbo-Boost
When this unit Advances, add 6” to the Move characteristic of its models until the end of the Movement phase instead of making an Advance roll.

Stratagem: Cut Through (2 CP)
Use this Stratagem after a Death Cult Biker unit in your army successfully Charges one or more enemy units. At the end of the Fight phase, you may move that unit 6” in any direction, as long as it ends this move more than 1” away from all enemy units.

Design Notes:
Spoiler:

Compared to Marine Scout, Scout Biker gets +10” M, +1T, +1W and Turbo-Boost for +10 points (Regular Marine gets +8” M and costs +9 vs. Tactical Marine)

Start with basic Death Cult Assassin: 13 points
Add +10” M, +1T, +1W, & Turbo-Boost: +10
Add +1 S when charging: +2 ppm ?
Add +1 invuln when charging/advancing: +1 ppm ?

Biker Missionary
(55 points per model, 1 model per unit)
Spoiler:

M:14” WS:4+ BS:4+ S:3 T:4 W:5 A:3 Ld:7 Sv:6+/4++
A Biker Missionary is a single model equipped with autogun; laspistol; chainsword; frag grenades.

Wargear Options:
This model may replace its autogun with a shotgun.
This model may replace its laspistol with a bolt pistol.

Abilities:
Zealot
Rosarius
War Hymns
Lone Mission
Word of the Emperor
Pious & Penitent

Faction Keywords:
Imperium, Adeptus Ministorum

Keywords:
Character, Biker, Ministorum Priest, Missionary

Biker Preacher
(45 points per model, 1 model per unit)
Spoiler:

M:14” WS:4+ BS:4+ S:3 T:4 W:5 A:3 Ld:7 Sv:6+/4++
A Biker Preacher is a single model equipped with laspistol; chainsword.

Wargear Options: None.

Abilities:
Zealot
Icon of the Ecclesiarchy
Rosarius
War Hymns
Pious & Penitent

Faction Keywords:
Imperium, Adeptus Ministorum

Keywords:
Character, Biker, Ministorum Priest, Preacher

Design Notes:
Based on Codex: Space Marines, putting a normal infantry model on a bike costs ~10 points; per C:SM and legends, putting a character on a bike costs ~15-30 points. I figure Ministorum Priests are wimpier than the wimpiest Marine character, plus they don’t get Turbo-Boost, which means they struggle to keep up with 16” + Turb-Boost Death Cult and Sororitas Bikers (14” Frateris Bikers are no problem). But a highly-mobile War Hymns/Word of the Emperor bubble is still nice, so +17 for the Missionary, and highly-mobile War Hymns/Icon of the Ecclesiarchy is not quite as good, so +15 for the Preacher.

Well, if you check out Sister Sydney's homebrew/expansion rules, you'll find all kinds of units the Sisters could have, that fit with the theme of the Sisters (as a tabletop army) perfectly well, and are damn-near-perfectly balanced.

I’m updating that fandex now & I’m eager for feedback on new home-brew units for the Sisters: Sororitas Bikers, infiltrators & Novices, tanks, flyers, characters, superheavies, Frateris Militia, and now Confessors and Battle Conclave characters

The wording for Shadow Riders is a bit off. The shooting phase after they advance would be your shooting phase, and you probably don't need much of a 4++ save in your own shooting phase...

Probably better to be: When this unit advances or charges, increase its Uncanny Reflexes save to 4+ against shooting attacks until the beginning of its next turn.

Though does seem to be a bit powerful having a 2W model unit with a 4++ save much of the time.

Cut-Through doesn't seem super useful, as it leaves you potentially exposed, within 6" of an enemy unit, which can then move, shoot and charge you freely (not to mention the rest of your opponents army can shoot you too!) Might be more useful to just allow a 6" pile in and consolidate - so you can actually engage another enemy in combat and reduce shooting received in your opponents next turn.

I have no clue about the balancing, but I just love the idea of priests on bikes! That would be and look sooo awesome!

Thanks, Pyroalchi. I also pondered a priest-in-sidecar option, but that might look a bit silly.
Kcalehc, good critique. I’ll make both the fixes you suggested
