Not really, hugging is just a way to show your liking of somebody. Mostly a goodbye for my school, I think it's hazardous-I smell horrilbe all the time. So me and my girlfriend just wave goodbye.

Always use the "I'm not gay" pat when hugging a man.

My game was running down to time. In Warmachine, games end when the army's general
(called a warcaster or warlock) is defeated, so several games had completed before
mine. At one point (it was near 2 AM) there must have been 4-6 guys standing around
the table, so I said something along the lines of:

"I hate it when people watch my games. With all the crotches I'm not sure if I should

What?Why do you hate people watching your game?I love to have people beside me so I can either get on the next game easily or get to know a new friend(or buy something cheap)

Don't hate them just because they are watching you lose,it doesn't matter

Also,the cocky kid in my LGS watches me play all the time,so I have a chance to show him how to play fair

The line was just for the joke.

I couldn't get a game started up right away anyway. It was a tournament.

There are many correct ways to hug.

It has to hurt just a little bit to show your not being gentle with him, But not so much that he thinks you smacked the gak out of him and it starts a fight.

Also you have to either go for it or just shake hands. Nothing more hillarious then the apprehensive guy hug, where it takes like 5 seconds for them to figure out if they want to hug or not....

Also maintain crotch distance.

No, but I think fist bumps are still appropriate. The bumping crotches and arses would make me have to deal with my wife. And I make it a point never to deal with my wife if I can avoid it.
