Thanks for your reply. I might decide later on today and place the order tonight. The dollar being worth $0.97USD only equals to paying a few extra dollars. Are you going to grab the collectors or standard?

Edit: Just saw the $100 price tag for shipping on the FFG site. Screw that, I'm not paying $100 for shipping.

Yes. The major downside to ordering from FFG directly are their shipping costs. You can use USPS rather than UPS to take away some of the price, but not all of it.

I won't be getting the collector's. No desire to own it.

Thanks for your reply. The difference between the 2 shipping options is only a few dollars. I probably avoid getting Black Crusade altogether as $100 postage is way too much for a single book. *sigh*

International shipping costs simply suck...using DE CE (12.5 lbs) as baseline, USPS Express International (tracking and insurance) comes out to $97. One could save ~$10 by using Priority Mail, but then you lose the ability to track.

Well you don't need to avoid it altogether. Just buy the regular edition from any other store (like Maelstrom, where shipping is free).

The rules can be easily made up, especially with Rites of Battle present, but the background fluff is always nice to have. Especially on such mysteries as the Iron Hands.
