So this is actually happening? [Rolls out of the way of being patted, and stands up] [Overbalances and falls sideways against wall] ... I could make a light headed joke, but I'm unsure if it would be in poor taste.

[Curls up on sofa and reads an uplifting primer]

[Growls and hits the Tau with a book repeatedly] I might not be fussy, but I prefer dinner first.

*Untangles self and brushes self off*

*grabs Verviedi and throws him off BC*

*reluctantly lowers his lasgun*

*walks over to the Butter Tank and leans against it while watching Verviedi closely, Lasgun at the ready*

*puts hand next to ear and stares into the distance, as if listening to something*

... I think I received a transmission from my ship. A distress call, I seems. Perhaps I wasn't the only survivor after all. Whatever the case, I have to find my ship, I can't leave anyone to die in there. Not after what happened.

*Takes a look at WK's lasgun*

I'm actually not here on a diplomatic mission, I just mishapped and instead of landing in the Foam of the Lost, I landed here.

**Buttery Commissar**

[Notices vaguely dissenting tone from WK]

Hey now, it's just- [Sits up] [Blinks] ...What was I saying?

[Lies back down with primer and looks unhappy] Taking things slow is hard to adjust to.

*immediately raises Lasgun again*
If you're not here for Diplomacy then why are you here? Perhaps for conquest?
*aims Lasgun at Verviedi's head*

OOC: This character does not get along well with xenos. He doesn't understand them (due to the Imperial training system sucking) but he knows he doesn't like them.

*goes into a locker and pulls out a lasgun and bolt pistol*

I might not be a combat unit, but I'm not going unarmed.

*stows lasgun and bolt pistol in makeshift holsters and grabs Claymore and kilt*

*stands up and cocks Lasgun*

*calls robotic avian down from butter tank, and follows with interest*

Absolutely. [Stands up groggily] Where are we going? How long have I been stood up for?

[Shrugs and follows] I'm sure it was good reason.

My thanks, to all of you. I can't guarantee what we will find, but I do appreciate your support. Now, I've tracked the transmission from the ship back to a location several dozen miles away from here. If we keep at a constant pace, we should reach it within the day.

*gets on the vox, a Valkyrie lands nearby*
We can fly there in style and (relative) comfort
*gets in the Valkyrie*

I haven't seen am aircraft like this before. I must say it does look impressive though.

[Gets in and lays under a bench]
... I'm going to try and get some shut eye on the way over. [Pulls hat over eyes]

*straps everyone in except for BC, who is duct-taped to the floor*

[Wakes up as the engine starts and looks greatly disturbed but not entirely surprised]
[Panics briefly before falling asleep again]

Ooc: It's sped up, but BC is going through the various stages of traumatic brain injury recovery. Because it gives me something to do other than be scaredyssar all the time.

*stares at floor, looking nervous*

There's something I didn't tell you. While our primary objective was to claim Yautja artifacts, it wasn't our only mission. We also had specimens under cryo faculties. I'm worried they survived the crash, which would have stopped all forms of defence against them escaping.

**Buttery Commissar**

[Wakes up] [Attempts to keep lunch down]

OOC: That's an interesting issue: it posts a previous one instead of the actual post. Pretty sure Verviedi had the same issue like 2 pages ago?
