I love you.
Grandfather Nurgle loves you too.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

If you're referring to the one with the hot tub, I'm pretty sure that's the 'top' facing. The big hole is where the top mounted plasma cannon goes.

There are no such plates on the back. At least not from what I remember from seeing it last week.

Looking so great dude !!!

I love that you didn't go idiotically crazy on the battle damage and I urge you to go subtle with the nurglification (even though your work so far gives me no real reason to fear anything, but better safe than sorry) as it will look much better if you don't go too crazy and the detail wont drown in the masses then

Again, I'm in awe of your skills

Perfect amount of battle damage. Just enough to make it look worn and a good target for enemy troops without going OTT.

Still can't get over how perfect it looks!

Thanks once again for the feedback. You are all too kind.
I was thinking to go crazy with the nurglefication, but I maybe start with a more subtle approch that has been suggested : )

Outstanding work. Looks very convincing already, although I personally would love to see a bit of Nurglification. Either way, though, it's a wonderful showpiece.

It's been a while since I've checked your thread out and I am staggered at the amount of work you have done and how absolutely amazing the quality of your work is. Well... actually no, that's not completely true. I'm not as amazed by your skill anymore because by now I kind of expect you to be this good But that being said, WOW! This is nothing short of the incarnation of of Nugle in physical space. Ever impressed and looking forward to seeing what comes next!

I read your post about bending the Plasticard. could you provide me any additional details . I'm trying the same thing with a warhound. Be intrested in knowing what was the starting pattern and how you layered it to get such a uniformed shape.

and thou it's already been said.. awesome. Big Fan.

Looks truely amazing with the battle damage on there.

Will have to add making one of these to my long list of projects - though I am sure it will look nothing like as good as yours

Thanks.

The trick is to make something you can glue it to while you bend it. The layering is easy once you have the first layer in the correct shape. I used a template as foundation, but have modified it more and more. I am very far from the templete now. This is an example for the leg plating.

I been taking a brek from the project for awhile, but recently started again. The sculpting of nurgle stuff is coming to an end and I have started to think about painting scheme. I wanted a pre-haresy death guard white/green scheme and I decided to try it out on my Hell Talon. I did a classic salt weathing, codex grey then devlan mud, then salt, spray bleched bone, spray sepia wash, spray bleched bone, then spray skull white. After theat I brushed all the salt away and then I ended up with a very weathered white. So for so good. But I am not too sure about the green. White and metal match together quite well, but the green does not make it to pop. Any ideas? I wanna stick to the pre-heresy death guard scheme.

I am sorry for the poor quality of the pictures, the lighting was terrible in the room.

What I can see looks great, really kindof old school spaceship color. Really want to see a detailed shot now. If it was me doing this I would do some freehand insignia / numbering in a warmer colour - brick orange or red I think. But it looks like its great already - just understated

Here are some better photos. Please comment the waethering and any ideas to make the green pop more. I also need a contrast color, maybe for the pipes and tubes.

Current status on the titan:

Main build - Clean surfaces, basic construction - DONE
Mechanical details - rivets, bolts, plates, engine, pipes, chains, symbols etc... - DONE
Wethering - Cracks, scratches, holes, rust texture - DONE
Nurglefication - Flesh, decay, bodies - Almost done

It looks good but maybe try a different green, that one looks so flat? maybe add some yellow into it for highlighting?. Glad to see the titan list with a few more green status', almost time for paint . Cant wait to see what you come up with for the base. Keep up the impressive work
