my problem is being resolved, it appears mr heath has lost the ability to keep regular contact with people. so after emailing his club, i got a response. i have also warned the club about his activities and left it to them to decide what to do

He can't keep regular contact with the people he's (apparently) ripped off, but he can stay active on feebay, selling his recasts?

Well, he is on Warhammer.org.uk everyday so he gets online on a regular basis. He always says that he has problems with his internet. It's just par for the course for him.

hmm, he has said this to me in the past. i'm not sure whether he is something i need to worry about at this time, seeing as he has resumed contact with me. albeit i gave him pretty much not choice other than sever all ties with his gaming club and move house.

After reading this post i went to see if i could find his profile on the UK ebay. I've found it and he seems to be selling many a recasts.

Looks like ebay pulled most of his auctions that invoke armorcast. I started contacting the people that bought the fake spleenrippas and gobsmashas. Also, he is pissed that I called him out on warhammer.org.uk to the point that he is calling me names.

Just a reminder to all, this thread remains open to facilitate communication about this person/user for people that need it... it is also helpful that some of you are taking the initiative to warn people on other sites.

However, please refrain from name-calling as that is against general Dakka rules (however well-deserved in this case).

I am not sure how much longer we will leave this thread open, but at the moment it seems he is still selling recasts on ebay, so the more information out there about it, the better.

There is not much that can be done on dakka about it. This thread shows up on google now with his name. not much but a small win. I will still keep on him to make sure that he knows we are watching.

I was just contacted by a friend and he just told me that a DCM was just taken by Mr. Tony (Antony) Heath 's recasting scam on eBay. I am trying to get the name of the DCM so we can add in on here. This DCM will ba able to provide proof of the recast since he should have the mini. It is a Khorne Blood Cauldron from Armorcast.

I think there is an excellent chance in this case that ebay will do something about it. I was really surprised to see that he had 100% feedback on that account up until now...

I have noticed something about the Ebay listings that may be helpful in identifying when he uses other names.

The way he lists the item, its description and bacground information seems to be consistant with the few other ebay scams that have been identified as belonging to this guy.

I think if any of us here are doing any bidding on Ebay, look closely at the listing and the details in it. Try to see if they match what is seen here. If what I see is indeed true, then we can keep a better eye on this guys activities even if he tried to do it under a different name.

I looked back through this guys listing of stuff he sold, and one of them I noticed something very interesting, so makes me have to agree that this is a recast or something more illegal.

I've seen two seperate postings for a Armorcast Tyranid Gargantuan Exocrine, both with the exact same picture yet sold for different prices and to different people.

For those who are bidding on Ebay, I would now suggest looking carefully at the pictures being shown and compair them when possible to any past sold merchandise from this person on any of the known names he's been identified with. Best way to do that is look at the Feedback listings, if its less than 90 days old, you should be able to pull up the old acution and compair what your currently bidding on to what this person is offereing. If you see the same picture or the details are the same or very very simular, then chances are, your getting scammed.

One thing, he always says that he got the item from somewhere else and he believes that it is _____(whatever he's recast).

Checked out quite a few of his ads, good tactic on his part as he is claiming what he believes it is. He isn't claiming it to be a genuine 'whatever'.

They ust have the worst luck ever with the post, as now the item I sold to them on eBay has not arrived. The first time this has ever happened to me in a few years of occasional eBay selling.

Will have to look out the proof of postage (which I do have somewhere), but as it wasn't sent with any sort of tracking, I'm not sure what will happen...

He has a long history of claiming things have not arrived and then turning around in a month or 2 and mysteriously selling something that LOOKS like yours.. but oh no.. not actually yours.. cause that one got LOST! (Becuase he is oh-so-honest and would tell you if it got there!)

Hope it was not much.. he is most likely going to ask for his money back cause you "failed to deliver"..

You know with all these packages gone missing someone should report it to the Royal Mail. It's obvious that these all of these packages can't be lost. Someone must be pilfering them from the post itself. The Royal Mail should investigate the problem with his route and take whatever actions it deems necessary. I'm sure it would be helpful if whoever did report this could supply a list of people who have sent packages but never had them delivered along with the approximate date of mailing and value of said packages.

Anyways, I got offered replacements by gw legal finally, so shipped it out on friday. Will keep posted.

I thought the sarcasm would have been obvious. But the idea of reporting him for mail fraud was what I was getting at.

I thought people had already reported some of these occurrences to Royal Mail (particularly Pipboy101?).

Unfortunately, it hasn't seemed to do anything thus far...

Any luck contacting logg_frogg / making progress on that front with Ebay, Pipboy?

Since there's a Customs # on the package you sent, there MIGHT be something the USPS can do with that #.

Have you tried plugging your customs # into the tracking window at www.usps.com?
EVERY NOW AND THEN, a customs # will pop up on there. They aren't supposed to but, sometimes, they do.




He's going to claim it wasn't received.
What you will need to do is show them your proof of sending and make sure to point out his history of making claims like this, as well as his counterfeitting claims. Point at this thread for proof.

Sorry for the late post. I got ahold of logg and past on the info I had to him of my contact to gw legal. Also I had a guy go to the tourny that mr heath was holding and he did not see the stuff that people lost to Mr Heath. I have been watching his ebay account every other day for any thing that could have been a possible recast and reporting it to ebay and gw legal.

Now what was the log on that he used to buy your item? Also have you contacted paypal yet about this? They already know about him and his little scam to defraud you and paypal. Call paypal yourself report that he is a confirmed scammer and that he is trying to do it again. Second, contact ebay also about it. After that contact mr heath and tell him that you contacts paypal and ebay about him attempting to scam you. The item will show up in his customs office mangled a week later.

Also, SBU (tony heath) is in the uk. You can m get ahold of him on warhammer.org.uk. He uses the screen name fanatic2011. If you confront him on the open forum he will call you a liar but the mods and admins are disgusted by him and will not delete the posts sp all can see.

Since you are in the uk you can look in to mail fraud. His local police have an open file on him because every little fraud adds up. I have been taking down this scammers aliss and different log ons he is using. So what was the ebay screen name because he has been banned from ebay before so this info would go along way to getting his ip banned on ebay. It could even result in civil damages against him because he is using their property to commit crimes thus damaging ebay's good name.

I just pissed him off. This is the response I got from him because of a message I sent to him that I contacted Ebay about his newest auction. Also, I informed him that if I feel that if he is selling something that is a possible recast I will inform the buyer to contact Ebay and Paypal and to contact the Post Office for possible mail fraud. Here is his response. Study the spelling, grammer and sentence structure as you see it again on here, ebay or other sites because he attempts to get back on shortly after being booted off the site.
