I think it would look pretty awesome with the banner horizontally held from the gun's hand too-just thought I'd offer a different perspective. I love that model though

That is a good idea! And yes the model is fantastic. I'm looking forward to the other 6 sin knights. Maybe afterwards, their good counterparts

Here are images of our new Orc Warmasters.
They are big.
Huge, actually!
Could just be the most massive warmasters that can be found on the market...

We've just opened pre-orders for (Fantasy or Science-Fiction versions), but please note that they will not be available for at least 30 days. That being said, there is a good change that the pricing moves up in about 2 weeks (when actual production costs are in).

The Fantasy version is all done. We have made changes based on your suggestions (jaw, helmet,, etc.).

As for the SF version, we only need your last-minute comments to determine if he goes to production as is or if we tweak a few details...

So, let's start with the SF version (scroll down for the Fantasy version).

Raging Heroes wrote:SF and Fantasy Gluttony Heroic now in stock
posted March 10, 2012

The first of our Seven Sins series is Gluttony, now available in Heroic (human-sized) version. There is a version for Science-Fiction and one for Fantasy. Painted by Angel Giraldez.

The Science-Fiction version differs from the Fantasy one thanks to a putrid backpack, cyber implants in the neck and chest, as well as a firearm mounted on the right wrist.

These minis are quite massive (33mm to the eyes, total height with banner is 60m) and will make a perfect hero, general or special character for your chaotic armies.
How are you thinking of using Gluttony Heroic?

Raging Heroes wrote:Our SciFi Orc gets a power update

posted March 11, 2012

Based on the many comments we've received about our big SciFi Orc Warmaster, it looked like many of you wanted an additional weapon in the shape of a massive hydraulic pincer . Your wish is our command as you can see on the images below!

You can already pre-order this sci-fi bad boy, now provided with BOTH the axe and the massive hydraulic pincer.
Remember that you can also grab him here in a Fantasy version.

Please note that they will not be available for at least 30 days. That being said, there is a good chance that pricing moves up in about 2 weeks (when actual production costs are in).

Hmm...
I like the pose with the two swords held like that well enough.
The proportions are too cartoony/stylised for my liking, but she's at least got proper thigh muscles.
Unless the right material is used to cast them, I can see quite a few of these coming down with snapped ankles.
I would have preferred shorter hair and no headdress, but I might be alone in that.

Edit: here's an un-darkened version of the silhouette.

Here's a new teaser on our Bad Girls.

We're hard at work trying to have them ready to pre-order early next week and even if they are not completely done, we cannot resist sharing the unit with you.

There will be 10 unique poses. We are planning two boxes of five minis (Troops and Command Group).

The image below does not yet show which ones will be used and modified for the Command Group, and several poses, details and accessories may continue to improve.

As always, if you wish to share useful comments, this is the time to do so!

Good thing that I was just contemplating how to increase my Witch Elf unit.

Those not-witch elves are looking good so far...

I'd have liked them to have had ball and joint arms to shoulders, heads, waists to hips and weapon choices, but I imagine the cost would have been much higher.

Now you're talking, I wonder if they'd do an all girl Wood Elf Wardancer range?

Hmm, they look very nice. Sad they're not poseable - but at least they give you a lot of variety, which will help make up for it.

I'm confused though, if those are the 10 sculpts, and 5 of those are from the "command" box - I don't see any banner bearer or musician.

Other than that - my only concerns are price/availability/material.

They look pretty good, but I don't really have any interest in buying them. Monopose, metal witch elves are something I could have bought ten years ago. The big reason I've been waiting and hoping for AoW witch elves is because they'd be multipart and plastic.

The helmet on the scifi ork is kind of lacking. It needs proper horns or something. Otherwise, it looks good.

I find their poses perfect for their fighting style, and monopose is something different (it's decapose to be precise). I prefer perfectly sculpted minis over unrealistic ball and joint models.

1.) Truescale women are allowed to be smaller
2.) Their hairdo will compensate for it

Good news. This is the best time in the hobby. Full of promise. GW lets us down each time and we know it but secretly we're hoping that this is the edition that GW gives us a balanced game that can also be played competitively at tournaments. I'm loving it.

Wow, judging by the images, those will be awesome miniatures.

I have the Capt Ivanka mini and is a superb model as well, really a great job Raging Heroes!

And i think they will beat AoW with these, if i'm not wrong, AoW was planning to make some sort of female elves or sort-of-witches...

This is the imagery that RH do well with imo, elven or demonic, detailed and flowing. It's why that ork doesn't work, it ended up looking like a marshmallow, the edges are soft and the detail is lacking.
