Just a quick thought to the issue of the "distinct" penal bodies. What if you simply (I use that word loosely) were to make the same torso, but sculpt the collar with only a single first attaching ring in several places? This would allow gamers to attach chain of their own, placing it uniquely and giving the individual look without too much re-sculpting? You could possibly even make the collar itself a separate piece so that during assembly it could be turned to place the chain ring anywhere the customer wanted, making "several" different bodies out of just the two common pieces?

Love all your work, you are very talented. And I also put in a vote for female guard!

OH! Also had a thought regarding the bagpipes issue. Many minis come in pieces, and really, isn't that all that the pipes and head would be? I mean, I can't see that two arms holding the pipes would provide that much freedom in placement, so wouldn't the mouthpiece pretty much always be in the same spot? You could assemble the mini and then sculpt several heads from there to achieve variety heads for the piper that match up?

I am NOT a sculptor so I have little idea how much of a pain that would be and I am certainly not trying to tell you how to do what you clearly already do so well! Was just a thought.

Anyway, keep up the incredible work! We all appreciate it!
