this guy was on the FLG forums arguing vs everyone as well. he was also arguing that the CCB should get a 3+ invul.. the barge itself mind you. He didn't budge and wouldn't listen to anyone.. funny to see him doing it here too -.-

At Matthias and muhwe - when will rules for Exterminatus release? That is what I'd like to attend this year.

I am also wonder if Titanicus is getting changed at all. Was awesome to watch it last year even though nothing exploded when i was there. And with more Knight becoming available via FW, will they be included if taken in a formation to make them competitive against the big boys?

If you have a CAD already for this event and you want to take the Dark Eldar Coven suppliment what is the suppliment treated as? A formation, special detachment, hell a data slate I dont know!

Waiting and excited to see the Updated Championships and Team Tournament information!

Are only Formations from Dataslates allowed or could I take Formations from the Coven Supplement? Sorry 7th Ed. Nob here and wanted to clarify.

I was thinking of doing:

DE Combined Arms
Eldar Allied Detachment
Coven Formation(s)- as long as they are not the same formation.

Is this legal under Adepticon format?

I am assuming you are referencing their allowance in the Championships.

As you stated you would be fine.

The Covenite Coterie counts as a Codex Detachment, the remaining are all formations.

To your point as long as none of the formations are duplicated and you have the points to include them it would be allowed in the Champs.

Yes! I have seen 4 events so far: Zone Mortalis, Strike Team a tournament and a narrative event game.

We are busy putting the final touches on the schedule for AdeptiCon 2015 and it is shaping up to be another fantastic year! Not only do we have a great new location, but we will also be utilizing a new registration system, one that should alleviate the congestion issues of the past and give you more control over your registration experience.

The full schedule should be completed by Friday, November 14th and will be made public in advance to give you time to plan your convention weekend.

Warhammer 40K Draft Event Rules
It has been a little over a month since the last round of Warhammer 40K draft rules were circulated and since then we have expanded the scope of our Warhammer 40K offerings and made a few minor changes to the existing events. In particular, pay attention to the Lords of War restrictions in the Warhammer 40K Championship. Additionally, you will also find a new set of draft rules for the Warhammer 40K Exterminatus event, which rounds off the trio of events offered on Thursday.

Rules for Exterminatus look awesome ! ! !

You should put a limit on the total number of detachments at 6 or something, that could be abused fairly easily.

Also 33% of your armies total for Lord of War ...

That's a huge amount of points , that's 610 points. That's rather ridiculous and allows Super Heavies.

That's the point. It just disallows the really crazy ones like revenants and c'tan with all the gubbins.

The Eldar Titans I believe are in the < 600 point range and very very powerful.

The Revenant Titan is over 900. The rest of the Eldar super heavy vehicles are not nearly as bad.

I think adepticons goal was to tone down what super heavies/lords of war we'd see, but to allow some as they feel that's the way the game is moving (most are accepting of our superheavy walker friends, imperial knights, for example).

Revenant isn't allowed, Tranny C'tan isnt allowed at this level (there's no way to take his mandatory weapons and be under 610), etc. There are still some rough ones (certain baneblade variants, tessaract labyrinth, etc) but this brings it much closer to earth than the previous. Thumbs up for hearing the feedback

It also follows the precedent set in the Horus Heresy books.

I guess. It would be really cool to see some choices in the CAD selection.

It's pretty fair though, and cool, but it'd be cooler if there was more embracement of what 7th let you do. I only ask because our group follows Adepticon for our stuff, it's been frustrating.
