Also maybe because of Marks post and people may not want to support his designs.

I think that is the most likely answer.
I wish the guy who did the video review of the Lizardmen had actually built some and shown them next to other miniatures. I'm a bit disappointed that they went so heavy on the sci-fi side for the Lizardmen with three different types of guns rather than giving us at least one more type of melee weapon. Did the sprue really need muskets AND fantasy flintlocks AND Aks?
I will say the detail look really good.

Well, ya know, there's another 5 sprues of lizardmen infantry in production between North Star, Mantic and GW and this is the only one with guns, best build on that strength
Triply amusing because Mantic's can be given flintlocks in the game but there's no model for it.
I'm ultra not-a-fan of the heads that look like retirement home lizards who've lost their dentures so it's all chameleons and gas masks for me.

What about making an overbite (or underbite) with greenstuff?
You could even just put some green stuff in the mouth and do a few vertical lines for decent teeth at that scale.

Certainly quite the list...
Something as vague as "Sci-Fi Wood Elfs" may or may not be very interesting depending on how they end up looking. Even some historical sets are a bit unclear (Varangian Guard? Most likely for Dark Age gaming, so perhaps around Harald Hardrada's stay in the 1030s, but also possibly for the Fourth Crusade, which would be a rather different kit).

I voted for things I believed would either cater to my interests or otherwise fill an unoccupied niche in plastic models. Makers of dioramas or players of various RPGs might appreciate big boxes of various kinds of civilians, for example.

Sci-Fi Wood Elfs
Arthurian Infantry
4 armed aliens, with pistols, rifles and swords. rds
