Aso, I'm guessing your happy about the new ally rules, as you can have your scouts and bikes/jetbikes as well as the stock standard GK units?

@M.K - Not yet, I was toying with the idea of having 1000 points of most armies, most of my pushes thus far have been 1500 so going down to 1000 point batches could have me a fair few armies done. I do like the allies rules, its what I've been waiting for since the old GK codex

@Graven - I think I might leave them unhighlighted, just so it doesnt look to out of place (yeah yeah I know, bright red guns and light grey armor...)

It's more that most people make their cloaks a bit too bright!

@M.K - Agreed, but I shouldn't be commenting on that to much, after all. My scouts have bright red guns

@Gits - A muted camo does look to be a good offset to a bight armor color so a very valued comment thank you.

@Tipios - I wonder what a 1000 point army of scouts in camo cloaks would look like

@YB - Thanks, I feel that the level I can paint for faces is just right for the time spent on them.

@Tipios - Hahah would be quite awesome to see though, playing on a jungle table you might miss moving models etc because you couldn't see them

maybe he needs some 'gentle persuasion' from some who lives closer to him

Well, he's been promising updates for the past month... And Solar wants to his progress
And he asked me to try and get him to update
And now his camera is broken...

And the scout is looking great!

I caught up with LDP and Proto yesterday, pretty cool guys and got my GMS marines from them both, quite happy with the marines! I'll post a pic once I get them based etc.
