Inspiration came when I felt similarly reading over the posts accusing me of insect cruelty. So take that, haters. Even your spite fuels me.
I used a Maccrage terrain pieces, with a smaller one (3 mouth genestealer thing) nested inside, glued to a 40mm washer. The hands are all spare genestealer parts.

Maybe it´s like a desperate attempt at actually winning a game, you know if you opponent is allergic to bees, then get stung and keel over it kind of counts as a win by walkover lol

And no i don't expect the offenders in question to be listening: their inability to apply common sense and good taste was already confirmed prior to my posting; rather this was an appeal to the mods to come to their senses and restore some of the dignity to dakka that this thread has removed...

I'm actually curious as to what stereotype is being 'enforced' in this thread, though, I never had anyone standing behind me, taser at the ready, demanding I act a certain way in here. I'm not sure I've met an underground NSFW stereotype but, again, I have never actually went out looking for them. I have met the stereotypical 'rivet counter' that has a stick so far up his ass that it's actually stabbing at the logic center of his brain, making him try and to police the tabletop world to no avail. Pressure is on: do more creative work, get it to more people, and do it faster. From now on, expect daily, perhaps even twice daily updates to the actual content portion of the thread. Ive got a lot of spare parts now, and people in my area willing to trade bits, so really now its just a matter of how long I can go before either suffering burnout or getting love knifed by a fan.
First up: Fanservice. I've chopped up tank bits and a Khorne Berserker to make a Boba Fett. Now, I know his backpack isn't an exact match, but the visor sure is. Im waiting on two rhino headlights to do a more accurate modeling job before I repaint him. They'll go where the exhaust ports on the pack are, and that should be about as close as I can get. Theres also rumors of a guy who plays SoB trading me what will become a "Slave Leia" figure.
Theres even a fellow Dakkanaut who I've asked to help me provide a suitable sex nose for when I mount the Boba Fett on Leia, but as of yet he has not been forthcoming with that.
Personally, I think there should be a lot of U and N sounds in the noise, tempered with Hs. Something like Uuuuunnnh Unnnnhhunnnh but thats also really up to the man I'm collaborating with.

what I dont understand is how everyone is all like "eww, gross, tyranid p**** abou this, but i dont remember anyone having any kind of similar reaction towards the "sersi's slaneshi themed demon army" (That was an awesome blod btw). to be fair, that thread had better sculpting (thats not an insult or anything, im not say your bad just that sersi was awesome) but most of the NSFW stuff was waaaaaaaaaaaaay worse than anythiing posted here. odd how people react differently. is it just that this involves aliens that kinda make you think "ouch, that would hurt" , rather than demonettes and soul grinders which dont invoke the same feelings? stop being such bigots guys, you're wrecking a thread which some of us are actually interested in (although reading back over it, half the fun of this thread has been the arguments involved) and as for the animal rights actavists out there, stop being so self rghteous. i'm not saying I agree with the wasp thing (I find it slightly sickening tbh, not because it harms bugs, thats unavoidable, but because of the INTENTION to do harm, rather than the harm itself) but lay off him and stop going on about "the wasps feelings" and "what if you damadge his thorax?" list an actual argument, such as the intended cruelty argumnent. at least when you try and argue, at least be GOOD at it, rather than spouting out all this verbal diohrea that you guys seem to enjoy.

PS: awesome stuff man, really like some of this, although you could do some more modeling on the tervigon. the idea is brilliant, its just that the large spherical body could do with a bit of refining, possibly add some plasticard or greenstuff carapace, but im begging, you, dont just leave it at that, because it has real potential, and should be finished propely. also you could add some thicker legs, but its mainly the finishing of the main body that needs something.
and as for you "part of the battlefield where your enemy is afraid to move men into" thats awesome! you should just use dormant wasps as the objectives on your side of the board, and set up you men on those objectives, then when the wasps wake up halfway through the battle your opponent cant claaim the objectives!!!
also try releasing that lizard you have onto the board, I'm sure he could nom on some marines. what sort of size is he? closer to a carnifex or a hireodule? lol

Wow, I honestly expected a wall of txt like that to contain harsh invective, but its actually support! I don't consider it arguing to stick up for myself when someone has been directly offensive to me, but I'm glad you've enjoyed those parts too.
