Ironic name choice?

Life does not cease to be funny when people die any more than it ceases to be serious when people laugh.

Only from a certain point of view.

Long-time cyberpunk roleplayer. The chrome is an aspect of that genre. Chrome is everywhere. It's all shiny.
Was for a time, considered 'the old dog' amongst my crowd (Can't teach me new tricks, because I already know them as old ones).
Used to use "ChromeGod" during my gaming - mistyped it one time and it stuck.

Besides, I have silver-white hair, and I'm still a long-in-the-tooth old dog.
When people (other gamers online, mainly) meet me, it helps them put a face to the name (white hair kinda stands out).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.
