Granny grate, diamond plate plastic sheeting, I beams and new bottle of glue showed up at my door step today! Let's see if I can get to the painting table at some point. 
I got a new job today too!!!! No more gakky retail for this guy.
Also Nate how do you like Infinity? Thinking of picking up an army considering it is only 10 models. Lover to hear some feedback from anyone else who has played or playing.

That was pretty much my thinking. Unfortunately my order is still stuck processing with Maelstrom :( I hope to eventually have someone to play against as well, but the LGS closest to me does not stock it and seems to be opening with reduced hours (only 2 days a week now), so it might be going under :( Also just realised that I am going to need some D20's... damn you stupid D6 GW system!

Diamond plate done
Still working on the roof as well as finishing bit for the corners, a moulding if you will.
Still working on the pump station grating, I may use wire mesh instead of plastic... stay tuned!

Burst Arts sells the molds for the blocks. You can assemble and sell anything you want, no copyright problems. The tank I have with the skeleton is made of Hirst Arts molds!
Hirst Arts is a pretty great company!

IIRC you cannot sell a product made up of another companies parts. Therefore It would all have to be either scratch built or moulded from something you scratch built.

Negative... many companies sell terrain made up of the Hirst Arts Molds. Armorcast, Terranscapes, Dragonforge!
It's not like GW and Chapter House. If their were copywritten things like Aquila s or chapter markings yes there could be a problem

Those companies have signed a license agreement to let them do so. Bruce Hirst allows up to 500$ worth of private sales a year (more requires a Licence) or 0$ sales a year if you are representing yourself as a "company" (requires a license.) I was looking into doing just that myself at one point.
