**Old Man Ultramarine**

Trying to get back into 40k, but been out for about 2 years. Been flopping cards for about 5 years. I recently stumbled upon Dakka and been reading feverishly.

I play Ultramarines and had a full company painted up (Ultramarine 3rd). Toyed with Eldar, Necrons (pre-Codex), SoB, IG Tank column.

My main 3rd edition army was mech Ultramarines with tact sqds x4-6, x2 LS with MM, Chappy, Whirlwind, and 5 man scout. Did well in tourneys! Found powergaming boring, but not against it.

I currently have a boxed Battle company and Linebreaker on the sprue. Looking at doing it up in Ultramarine 2nd company colors. Before I pull trigger and get all the forgeworld goodies for my Rhinos I need to figure out if Rhino rush is still good. I see plastic drop pods are coming.
