Don't worry about them too much. I used to (somewhat still do) but all they're really after is to ask you questions to see if you're what they're looking for. Just try to be confident, but not over confident/cocky as that can just as easily lose the job.

I prefer aerospace myself, but if you did well in chemistry and science, then you should have fun. Just remember that it is about trial and error. Once again, I prefer aerospace.
