From the back of the Vanguard Trooper card, I think it says:

TRAIT
PROPHET ARMOR - Before applying damage reduce the staging of attacks against this model by 1
REFLEX TRIGGER - When an enemy model in the trooper's ??? moves, make a ranged attack against it

ABILITY
??? - Spend 1 tactic, this trooper can use its reflex ability twice during its next reflex ???

I noticed FRPGames already has a pre-order page for the boxed set. I'm sure others will follow:

Well as cmon have already stated that they wont supply the game to anyone who discounts it i dont think it will be that price

Not sure what you mean? I will have 2 sets come November

And I'm afraid that I think the rule was no promo figures unless you ordered a game...

That certainly wasn't the rule when I subscribed. I would not have contributed otherwise.

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

Just wanted to let people know about some discussions that happened earlier on the McVey boards about the Bonecrabs;

Lugburz wrote:
The Drones and Bonecrabs may be available for sale later, but no decision has been taken at this time. It's quite likely though. The rest of the promo figs are one run only for this Kickstarter, and any remainder will only be available at conventions.

Although CMON left the possibility open ended, several people who contacted CMON during the KS campaign were told that the Bonecrabs would not be available later, only the drones. As it stands, I think the availability of these figures remains "to be determined", and I added the 'possibility' that the crabs were KS exclusives to my PSA if only to let people know they may/may-not be see again outside the pledge drive.

Emphasis in original.

So, if you are thinking that you may like to pick up the 'crabs at some point, it may behoove you to think about getting them now rather then later. Especially if the choice is between the 'crabs and something that you know is going to be made available later.

Not that this affects me, but are we going by the 3 per box set footnote on the image? Or was it stated somewhere else?

I think Slinky was getting confused between the $25 pledge level for the resin Kara (which I assume you're referring to), and being able to acquire the other LE character models, which are restricted by how many copies of the game you purchase.

Out of interest, KK, why didn't you think the game was available in the UK?

What sort of colour schemes are people thinking of? At the moment I'm contemplating two different schemes for the Prophet armor: Apple white or N7/Colossus black and red.

Hmmm 100 or so models here to add to the 100 or so models im gettin with Zombiecide; Silly Alex, these models will never be painted!

I will, if I ever get the time (I wont) i'll be following the Mike Mcvey scheme as shown on the guide I seem to remember we will be getting. That should be the quickest method for me or a Mass Effect like scheme.

N7 black/red or black/blue would look very cool and fits with the armour nicely. I was planning on doing white, but may well switch to black/red instead so it doesn't get mixed up with my Aleph

The info on the strategic points, both here and in the video, are definitely tempting me to pick up the terrain pack. And those grav effect rules are sure to inspire people wanting to add house rules for biotics.

Allot of the extra models wern't really of interest to me on this one (nice though they were) but that terrain pack if only half as good as it appears will be a boon to almost any Sci-fi game nevermind the rules.

I got one booked, do I want more.....?

Has anyone who contacted them after the Kickstarter ended gotten a form yet? I got a confirmation I was on the list but nothing since?

For regular kickstarter pledgers when does the window to add things end?

think the emails that went out last week were just for the pledgers so they can get a rough idea what people want , the pledge manager site thats going live in the next couple of weeks will be the thing you will need as thats the one where you chose what you need/make any extra/new payments etc.

I'm pretty sure it's another fortnight yet. There was the two week window to sign up, but the CKPM isn't going up until the end of the month.
