Very nice conversion.

great work on the Mask by adding SM backpack to make it look more special...
however, the only problem for me is the shoulder, seem a bit higher then normal. I would say either lower the shoulder, or move the head up a bit.

i think its just the armour on the shoulders. if you look at the head to the arms, its in the right spot.
in all honesty that is one awesome warboss. i really like the weird gasmask thing going on. very nice

So, yeah I like it, but he really needs a glowing choppa. And more cape.

He could do with a little "telephone chest box" thing, like vader has, just to drive the point home... but other than that it's an epic conversion anyhow.

You could probably use one of those chain saw gubbins on the ork sprue (hack it up) for the chest box thingy.

I can't wait to see the storm troopers! Or Nobs with those giant dome helmets!

that mask looks like a SM backpack chopped up and the eyes are BB's im guessing? yea you need to paint that sucka! i really like this. i keep looking back to see how the progress is going

He's still an ork, and i don't want him to be realy like Vader, he just has to look a bit like MR,Skywalker.

that's pretty cool.

One piece of advice! I've seen Doghouse made a very similar conversion to yours and what he did was that he put a tiny layer of plastic card underneath the boots of the model which made him a tiny bit taller. Now don't worry, they didn't look like platform boots but they did make the model look a whole lot larger and chunkie
