I was thinking with the school bus you could now make it into something that could hunt Jokaero. That would be a sight to see a huge hunting bus tracking down Jokaero.

Awesome Land Ship! Along with more Glyphs and random plates, I have one comment...the wires and hoses on the Budda-Boom Gun are al little too straight and orderly for Orks, and fire extinguishers? Really? LOL...but over all it looks great! It would be a fearsome sight to see on the other side of the table!!

you must do this! NOW!

@ Shrike - Good news, talked to a friend last weekend at our apoc game and i will have a group of plastic blood bowl orcs on their way to me shortly, and all i have to do is build him some more cardboard drop pods.

all these models are ridiculously good!! wish i could convert... or paint lol

@ Revenent Reiko - it's alot easier to do this kind of stuff than you think, it just takes planning, and a good imagination.

I can't find a single model in this thread that isn't bloody awesome.

@ TNM - I think i can safely say that i speak for everyone who has posted pics when i say - Thank You.

Why is everything so good. My stuff isnt even worthy.

@ Tough N' Orky - you will never know unless you post your stuff now will you? Remember, you are your own worst critic, so while your stuff may not be worthy to you, to someone else it may be just the idea and inspiration that they've been looking for. Also, this a great place to get tips and tricks to improve and up your game.

I was thinking with the school bus you could now make it into something that could hunt Jokaero. That would be a sight to see a huge hunting bus tracking down Jokaero.

@ Bluemike - Who or What is a Jokaero?

@ ciaotym - Excellent Land Kruuzzer, and the others are right, needs a few more glyph plates and off skew armor plating and Ta Daa!

@ everyone else since my last post, excellent work good jobs, kudos, etc, etc. keep em coming.

and just to follow my own advice, i give you some more of Ogretusk Metalhead's speed freeks:

Very nice. I'm assuming you decide which weapons to use per game? Looks proper mean. Teh fact that its a bare head makes it look like a marine is driving it (similar to the new dreadknight) rather than being entombed in it. Wicked.

-YAY!
-how wise to say stuff like that. +1.
-might need a bunch of glyphs here.

I'm not thrilled with the back end of that truck, to me it just doesn't match up with the front of the vehicle in a symmetrical way. yeah, I know, we're talking Orcs here, but even Orcs have some sense of symmetry. I'm thinking of ripping the back end off and replacing it with uge honkin' tires to give it more of the Tractor Pull idea, with a real slim area between the tires, or even have the rear bed stick out past the tires but have holes cut out of the bed so the tires stick through. Then i'll just take the back end and use it for another truck that looks more tank like.

please tell me what the rest of you think, leave it like it is and just orky it up more, or replace the back end with giant tires? here's the photo again to give you a better idea, and a tractor pull photo to compare, as well as a mockup image:

tractor pull?? trukk

actual tractor pull image
http://www.popecountyfair.org/images/tractorpull.jpg

with the way that the dozer blade, engine, then driver and then gunner all sit it's a straight line through the middle of the vehicle, much the same way that the actual tractor pull entry looks, until you reach the bed and that's where it loses it's symmetry. If I change it then i would roll cage in the driver and the gunner, then change the bed of the truck to accommodate the huge tires. Something like this:

it's pretty featureless no matter what side you look at from except for the front of the thing. the right side looks just like the left side, and the rear is just another plate dropped down over the popsicle stick tank treads. And i know i can get big A**ed tires cheap from Big Lots toy section.
