I saw an interesting idea with the new Space Marine codex and decided to expand on it. The Ordo Xenos doesn't have it's own Codex even though there are Deathwatch conversion kits on the GW site, so I thought I'd do the next best thing.
Inquisitor- count as -Cantor, 175
Librarian: Epistolary, Storm Bolter, Nullzone, Might of the Ancients 153
Deathwatch Kill Team- count as -9 Sternguard Vets, 225
Deathwatch Kill Team- count as -9 Sternguard Vets, 225
Venerable Dreadnought, Multi-melta, Missile Launcher 175
Neophyte- count as -10 Scout, 140
Neophyte- count as -10 Scout, 140
Vindicare Assassin Commune- count as -5 Scout, Telion, Heavy Bolter, Snipers and Camo Cloaks, 147
Predator, Autocannon, Sponson Lascannons 120
Total: 1500
I fear for the lists lack of anti-tank, but it has 5 scoring units, 3 of which really don't need a transport to get to objectives.
Each HQ guides a Kill Team. Cantor is his squads Powerfist. The Librarian shuts down Daemons and Spell Casters, or uses Might of the Ancients and his Force Weapon to make up for the lack of Powerfist.
Neophytes run to objectives, the Assassins do what they do. Venerable Dread and Pred are dedicated anti-tank, but they are my only anti-tank and simultaniously my only tanks.
The question is, how bad would this list get stomped on...? Oh, and also comments and concernts, etc.

Why are you taking "counts-as" vindicares. Just use their real rules.
Oh, and remember, Pedro has orbital bombardment, so that may help somewhat to improve hitting power. However, more anti-tank is needed.

If you fear for the list's anti-tank capabilities, there's a lot you can do just with the units you listed! Give your Sternguard combi-meltas, that's one major help. As far as the Ven Dread goes, either keep it as MM/DCCW or ML/TLLC - mixing the long and short range makes it worse at both.
I don't think the Scouts are very fluffy for this list - Deathwatch members are veterans of their chapters chosen to kill Xenos. Scouts are Scouts because they don't have the experience yet. Does the Deathwatch actually have Neophytes?
I agree with Admiral Bell about the Vindicare - if you want a Vindicare just use their rules.
Also, while you really need some anti-horde firepower, I would consider replacing the Predator with a squadron of Land Speeders with HF and MM. Good for hordes and tanks - one of the few models that actually works well in a multi-capacity role.

Man, I wish there was a real Black Library where I could get a Black Library Card and take out Black Library Books without having to buy them. Of course, late fees would be your soul. But it would be worth it. - InquisitorMack |

The Pred was just stuck in there to bulk out the armor, so they have to pick which target they are going to waste the first turn. The Landspeeders like that would help this list a bunch, so thanks. Deathwatch take Stormtroopers and relables them Neophytes as they can't be trusted back in their regements after the operations they take on. I took scouts over tacs (less equiped Kill Teams) as they don't need a transport to get onto an objective and are overall cheaper fodder. As far as the Vindicare is concered, I don't actually want one, but I wanted Telion and a sniper team. Besides, having a Vindicare with a rag-tag sniper team just looks awesome and fluffy. I'll move some points around and post up another list later.

Here's an update:
Inquisitor- count as -Cantor, 175
Librarian: Epistolary, Storm Bolter, Nullzone, Might of the Ancients 153
Deathwatch Kill Team- count as -8 Sternguard Vets, 3 Combi-meltas, 220
Deathwatch Kill Team- count as -8 Sternguard Vets, 3 Combi-meltas, 220
Venerable Dreadnought, Multi-melta, DCCW 165
Neophyte- count as -10 Scouts, 140
Neophyte- count as -10 Scouts, 140
Vindicare Assassin Commune- count as -5 Scout, Telion, Heavy Bolter, Snipers and Camo Cloaks, 147
2 Landspeeders, Heavy Flamers, Multimeltas 140
Total: 1500
Sternguard now have some real punch against vehicles, and between the Landspeeders and Orbital Bombardment I should be good vs hordes and tanks.
