Put down that chainsword the risks of kickback are immense! Stop taking off your helmet to look cool, Where are all the warning stickers on your Landraider? How long have you been on duty without sleep? jump packs I don't think so (unless you fill out this flight-plan in triplicate and restrict yourself to less than 10 jumps a year). How much does that bolter weigh? 'cos you can only really lift 20kg, that's it lift with your legs, back straight............SM's highly advanced system simply gives up in the face bureaucratic nonsense and dies.
Or a shed load of angry squirrels.

Pretty much any Jedi could take down a space marine. Jedi knight and above, that is. Lightsabers are essentially power weapons that insta-kill. (Force weapons?)
On terminators: SM wins in CQC, and bolter round tear them apart at range. A liquid terminator would just get blown to droplets until Plasma Weaponry could be deployed.
I don't think that bolters are as strong as you think they are. The Terminators can withstand a crapload of damage. They are really just Necrons, and we all know how well bolters hurt them.
In close combat...sure, if they get there. Skynet employs the HK's which would severely damage any space marine attack.
Liquid terminators...considering that they can imitate a lot, they would go behind the scenes, impersonate a marine, then pretty much annihilate anything.

I reckon the original brotherhood of steel would have a chance, they're still kicking round in the t51b pa and had access to plasma gun's (and of course all the enclave tech from the original enclave war) then again the east coast ones do get access to the nuke launchers (which they do use occasionally)

I'm gonna kick off with suggesting that any Bodhisattva Post Human from the Infinity setting would take down a Marine with ease, what with nano repair swarms, faster and stronger bodies, no need for power armour, and being practically immortal, not just slowed down aging, I'd say these guys rip!

I'm throwing in my vote for Samus Aran. Faster, more maneuverable, equal or superior firepower and at least a terminator-level armor save, put mildly. Oh, that and she has a friggin freeze-ray that goes through walls.
She's also single-handedly exterminatused no less than three worlds, at least one of them intentionally.

As far as other stuff to take out a space marine...well, Andromeda comes to mind, from the Andromeda Strain.
And on a final note, I'd suggest the Saint of Killers from Preacher. Pretty much nothing they could do about him.

yoda or the emperor off star wars would kill LOTS
any other jedi or sith could kill a few
the arbiter....elites = rapid firing plasma guns, energy swords and power armor of their own, not to mention shields and cloaking
I am of the opinion that master chief is pretty much a really really badass space marine
oh yeah and spock

Wolverine? Um, no. He's tough, but not Space Marine tough.
Master Chief vs. Space Marines has been argued ad nauseam already, and the consensus seems to be that a Space Marine would murderize Master Chief. All the same arguments apply to Elites. A Hunter, perhaps, could take on a Space Marine. Perhaps.
Magneto. . . well, since a Space Marine is wearing hundreds of pounds of what is presumably metal, I must agree with you there. Magneto just crushes the Power Armor. Bye-bye Space Marine. A whole chapter, however? I don't think so. Magneto, meet lance strike. Lance strike, Magneto. You two will get along like a mutant on fire.
