Gotcha, but this is an argument about vegetarians and why drinking milk makes Joey wrong.

Thi confuses me. I was listning to the radiio. I heard the name
Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr.
How do they not just call him the third? Or his Jr. part of his name. Now i dont follow nascar because i have better things and have a high IQ but this just confuses.

'The Third' has connotations of elitism and WASP-ish east coast aristocracy.

'Junior-Junior' suggests a humbleness of origins and grammatically incorrectness that fits in better with the 'two first names' crowd that make up NASCAR's target demographic.

FWIW, I only know two 'The Third' people; one was a complete douchebag, the other was a nice down-to-earth guy... definitely more of a Junior-Junior in my mind.

Which, as boring as it is, still remains a better sport to watch than MLB.

I'm no NASCAR fan (since I'm not an inbred redneck, apparently a necessary precondition), but I fething hate baseball with a passion.

I don't follow NASCAR at all but I've worked security at a few events. I would highly recommend going to at least one event in your life.

It's pretty impressive live. It would of course require leaving the house and being around other people...

Also this confuses me. Why do teachers make custom books that have something special in them for their class that can only be baought at the school bookstore. This way i am forced to buy the books from the overpriced bookstore.

Right. Tuition going up doesn't give them more money. You having to go buy their books gives them money directly.

The real moneygrabbers are the professors that put a "new" edition out every year or two. Forces their students to buy new books rather than used and all they do is change around page numbers.

...urrrr... I dunno

I don't really understand why people can become fanatical for a cause.
I dunno, I guess I'm just not that kind of person. But yeah, when I see, say, Christian Fundamentalists screaming about gay people, Socialist agitators howling about the greed of the borgeoise or radical Greenies yelling about how everybody who uses a car is a demon, I can't help but wonder if they'd be happier just chilling out with a beverage of their choice, or maybe a friendly game of pool.

Vegetarians don't eat meat. It's just that simple. The concept isn't that they ONLY eat plants.

There are people who take the principle further, like Vegans, who don't eat any kind of animal product, basically.

And yes, the more extreme varieties DO have sometimes complex, kind of legalistic definitions.

Or the old joke about someone being a "seventh level Vegan"; not eating anything that casts a shadow.

I'll echo the "women" bit. I mean, really, you're in a relationship, and you're flirting more with me than you do/did with your boyfriend. And that's just the tip of an iceberg that makes the bane of the Titanic look like something I dropped in a glass at dinner.

There are some who walk until their legs fail them and they fall to the ground. I find that respectable.
Then there are those who drag themselves further. I find that admirable.
