Dietn watched as the tanks left the camp. What was going on? "Well, then let us find this Mace person and see what's going on."

It didn't take long to find him standing in the mess. "Robbie? What are you doing here, and who are they" he said glaring at the new arrivals.

"Lets just say things weren't going well in Pine ville and we decided to crash here. Buts what going on here?"

"Its a long story" " We've got time." Robbie said as he pulled a chair beneath him. "Got nothing else to do, so enlighten us.'

Mace nodded and started explaining what happened.

"So they're going to kill you guys." Carter asked. "Well they're planning to assault us. But we're going to attack first. you saw the tanks, didn't you?....... So if all goes well, you should be safe here."

"Okay no problems then" Dietn said " Are we getting a tour of the camp now?" he smiled. "Just follow me." While the group walked out the room Dietn asked Mace something.

"So all the problems started because of this Patrick, right?..... Okay, But why didn't you just shot him with the tank while he was running?"

"Yea" Mace said. "I ask myself the same question every day."

Dietn didn't notice falco still sitting in the mess, silent. Staring into oblivion.

Dietn raised his hands "Oh, me, me!!! I'm a fast learner" Mace smiled as he looked at the boy. "Ach, why not. Just be carefull. It's got quite a kick"

The biker handed the RPG to the young man along with a pack holding Four rockets.

Mace paused " I have some things I have to check on...I'd suggest you all pick a spot and hunker down,it's going to be a tense wait."

With that Mace was off running towards were Earl was talking with Carol and some others.

" I'm saying in a ground engagement we have the upper hand" Carol was saying " we have the surrounding woods wired with enough explosives to turn them into a parking lot...and we have a defensible position with plenty of cover,ammunition and supplies....if they attempt to use tanks or heavy vehicles...we'll hear them coming...and they only have two access roads by which to travel...and we have those rigged up as well...nothing can get near us with out us knowing and blowing it off the face of the world."

" Snipers?" Mace said " What about Snipers?"

" They'd have to cover in the woods...limiting their line of sight somewhat" Carol said " Plus if there in the woods....Boom!...we can detonate and get them the moment they open fire."

" What about air attack" Earl said " besides a few .50s we don't have much that could bring down a chopper...or worse..a jet."

Mace nodded " We have some RPGs....and a few rockets...we could stop a chopper with them...if they have jets...we're basically fethed."

Carol nodded..." But...we'll hear an air strike coming....gives us time to get to cover."

Mace nodded thinking to himself " That's true...but where would we take cover."

I'm draughting a PM up but am going to wait until the event goes green before sending one.

I think a multi wave event would be better, where we do It blow by blow with multiple PMs would be good

I believe it will be handled in waves.

For example...first part..Do we spot Jennifer's helicopter and try to engage her troops before they reach the lumber camp?
Do they avoid engagement and reach the lumber camp anyway?
Does the lumber camp get blasted from the air?
Does anyone live?
Will Mary tell John about her affair with Ted?
Will Tammy tell Bill that little Roy is not his baby?
Will David come out of his coma and discover that his Father is actually his Mother?

Ok hopefully this will be useful, it's the re-tooled "Battle ready" lumber camp.

The brown lines are trenches.
The red squares Heavy MG emplacements.
White dots..explosive charges.
Plus I attempted to show the positions of the Tank,Battledozer and armoured Hummer as well.

...Alright,I've PMed Darko several ridiculously long and rambling PMs and that's just to cover the first "wave" of actions in the event,there's alot more to go to cover the next part....and probably the part after that...
