Decided this to kit bash a looted rhino type wagon with some bits and components that have been kicking around in my bitz box:

Mainly a rhino hull with part of a chimera on the left side. Then a heaping of armour plates and so forth.

I may add a grot or two on it for some flavor.

That is certainly a winnar model (EDIT: I just realised how much of a massive understatement that was), but I have one nagging question; what are you going to do with it? Use it as a Trukk or a just a Looted Wagon transport?

Great built, nice conversion, my only comment is the stickers ... the checks seem too small and kinda random, would love to see the checks bigger (maybe painted).

by NO means is this meant to nitpick - its is a great conversion - the stickers just stand out to me as stickers.

Still, nicer than I have done - so take that for what its worth

That is a totally awesome conversion dude, the 'half chimera' is a neat touch, and very orky. If your using it as a transport though, I have to ask, what's it gonna carry?

Nice one - I'm working on a looted Hellhound (skorcha option, obviously!) so I'm definitely feeling this.

Two Questions:

1) What do you make your armour plates out of?

2) No Boomgun? Discuss.

Nice work all the same matey

I had the same thought after using them actually. I may go back and attempt to hand paint the checker patterns at a later date after i get caught up on the gobs of unpainetd orks I have...

I already have three looted wagons with boomguns. i needed another transport for an upcoming game and figured since I had the components used on this in my bitz box I'd throw together what is essentially a "looted rhino" purely intended for transporting role.

Big Mek and some meganobz in my next game, but in general whatever I need carried that I don't have enough trukks for...

Fair one.

3 looted wagons? Ossum! Deffskulls, by any chance?
I use my hellhound for a similar purpose - to transport my HQ, plus the scorcha softens up any potential assault targets. Might be something to think about in addition to the one big-shoota.

My orks are sort of non-klan specific...

I have plans for a looted skorcha wagon as well.
