Hello to the peoples. I’m Kain and I have a problem. It started years ago and I can’t control myself. I cant stop buying cool models (Games Workshop, Reaper, Privateer Press) and painting them. Or not painting them, just assembling them. Or not assembling them, just having them sit on my shelf, promising to make everything all better with their awesomeness later when I DO assemble and paint them.

I love modeling, and I’ve played many games for a long time because it gives me an excuse to go by the models. Lately I just purchased a few Cryx models from Privateer Press and was so impressed with the model, I decided to research Warmachine further. So far, I’ve liked what I found, and I plan to try and support them as much as I did Games Workshop. I’ve bought the rulebook (yes, I know the Mk. II rule set is already on their website) so I could learn about the game world and the history of the factions (Cryx RULES). I’ve found many helpful modeling and painting articles already so I can’t wait to spend some real time digging through other people’s secrets as to how they make their models so cool. So tell me your secrets!

id love to agree, but khorne is just so much better for providing quotes to shout in the middle of a game
there's just something satisfying about chanting "MAIM! KILL! BURN!" repeatedly after cutting through a squad of marines
