Hi all, I now have 38 warriors, 1 Raider, 1 Reaver Jet bike and 1 Talos.
I am not sure what to buy next, all help is appreciated.

You need an Archon.
Maybe a retinue of incubi.
Wyches are also very important.

Dark Eldar must be fully mechanized. That is their gig, and it is something you have to learn to use.

Dark Eldar need their raiders, the raider is also the only model for them currently that I happen to like.

How many Sybarites for those warriors do you have?

I suppose if that was your only RJB, you could say "This dude is my lord, on a Reaver jetbike, with <lots of killy stuff>"

It's been decided in polls that he's one of the meanest close combat characters in the game.

I hope you have the darklances, because you will need them, and for that matter try to dig up blasters (they are oop and you will need at least 8-10 for a 2000 point list)


So lets take a look at what you are lacking, and what can move you up to 1500 points.

At the moment I feel that your real weakness is your HQ, a single bike is going to get blown to pieces. So pick up a Archon, and while your at it pick up 5 incubi and a raider, next you need to do something with that one bike, buy a unit of 3, the one that comes with the blaster upgrades. After that pick up 2 warriors and another raider for more objective capturing, followed by 2 ravagers for MEQ killing.

By the end you should have this list:

*edit* I would swap the archon and the dracon, I think the extra stats will help the bike group more than the icubi.

All your boats hang back in cover and shoot, then as soon as there melee units are in range you pop combat drugs and charge them with the talos, and 2 HQ squads, after the smoke clears, you continue to shoot until turn 5 when you race your warriors 24" to the closest objective to claim it. Game ends you win, repeat.

Clthomps, why are you giving your Archons and Drachons splinter rifles? They are hth monsters and should be used as such.

Where do you get dark lances for warriors from?

Are they in the pack?

@Archon, Only the Dracon has a splinter rifle, because it comes with the bike, and they both have punishers.

@Malo, they come in blister packs of 2.

One modeling tip-

If you don't want to pay for the dark lance warrior blisters then buy a couple ravagaver box sets. You'll need the ravagers anyways (unless you want to run a foot list with three talos).

The ravager comes with 3 dark lances & 2 Disentigrators in the box set. As I am going to run my ravagers with a 1 dark lance and 2 disentigrator load out I've used the other two dark lances for my warriors.

With 6 dark lances from my ravagers I've been able to supply my warriors with all the dark lances they'll need.
