What if we were a planet in the Imperium of Mankind? One of those "backwater" planets where nothing happens...what if this isn't THE Earth from 40k, and instead some random planet? Just sayin...

Such a bountiful planet could not afford to be wasted by the Imperium via exterminatus. We would be purged, possibly only 1 in 10 of us found to be pure. (Guess who?  )
We may live in our little ideal worlds, blissfully ignorant of the struggle in the Universe surrounding us, but war would come to us. Whether we wish it or not...
