Would have preferred him to be smaller and the astartes taller - given they are meant to be comparable heights.

I can indeed confirm it!

I disagree and I'm glad he's significantly taller than a regular Alpha Legion marine.

The marines who can pass for the Primarch are actually much taller/bigger - like Sheed Ranko and Ingo Pech.

We also know that both the Emperor and Magnus can alter how people perceive them, and Corax can do things with shadows, so Alpharius may have an ability to "blend in" better with other astartes.

A lot of people think it was supernatural powers that allowed the Emperor to alter his perceived height but it was established in End and the Death III that he actually wear lifts inside his boots.

I can safely say that because no sane people actually read all 3 E&D books.

Good point - I think Corax's "invisibility"...ability was explained as a sort of psychic power, removing himself from other's ability to perceive? I think?

No, and you can find pictures of people doing it if you search for them.

Would love for them to take the opportunity with the eldar release and actually make ONE freaking eldar figure....

Why does the marine obsession have to permeate literally every aspect of this hobby. At least the other factions got something, but there's literally not a single eldar model in existence...

I dunno but it seems everytime I look at this thread someone's calling for an Arbites figure, maybe 3 or 4. Definitely need the dude with the big eagle on his hat.

Eldar would be kind of nice to have figures of, honestly.

If only we'd be so lucky as to get a Visarch!

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!

Eldar are one of the biggest asks by the JoyToy collectors. Constantly winning "What Do You Wanna See Next" polls on the Discord.

My guess is with the very recent raft of Phoenix Lords, they were waiting for said update models to be released in 28mm. Same with the Aspects which are now all plastic.

Just a guess though.

Because there's no Cain model to use the assets of. JoyToy doesn't sculpt, they just use GW's assets and give them articulation.
