Subject: "Seminal" Catachan units? Artillery homeworlds?

One of the things I like to do in my spare time is draft up army lists that I'll never build, because I'm so ensconced in building my Marines.
Anyhow, last night I was drafting up a Catachan list, and was struggling to figure out exactly what units are "fluffy" for Catachans.
I basically came up with all the standard infantry units (infantry platoons, veterans, heavy weapon teams, etc), Ogryns, Sentinels, and Hellhounds. Arm the infantry with flamers and sniper weapons.
Kind of a snoozer of a list, yes? Not a lot of intelligent synergy to be found here. Are there other "seminal" Catachan units that I'm missing? Ratlings maybe? Or do they compete with the Catachan snipers' reputation?
Is there a "famous" IG homeworld that specializes in artillery and bombardment? Maybe the DKoK? I was dreaming up a list that involved a lot of indirect fire. Ordnance Batteries, and mortar squads, mostly. Toss in a Master of Ordnance for fluff. If no established unit specializes in this, maybe convert up the army with WW1 Doughboy helmets, or lots of Empire bitz to represent some sort of archaic cannoneer uniforms.

The only notable artillery homeworld I can think of off the top of my head is Semtexia in the Armageddon sector.

The Death Korp plays like WW1 was fought. Stand still, bombard the enemy into submission. In their actual rules, they can spend a maximum of one heavy support choice on non-artillery vehicle.

Thanks for the replies.
The Semtexians sound pretty neat. Exactly the fluff I was after.

Just in case you don't realise, the name is a sort of joke. Semtex is a form of liquid explosive. (it's one of the reasons you can't bring more than 100ml of liquid on most flights these days)

I was not aware of that, though it did sound familiar.

Transparently meaningful names are common for Guard planets. The ice planet Valhalla is named after the Norse pagan afterlife. The exceptionally warlike Krieg is named after the German word for war. Armageddon is the site of numerous incredibly bloody wars. Attila, home of many rough riders, is named after Atilla the Hun. My own home made artillery regiment comes from Amatolia. Amatol is a blend of TNT and Ammonium Nitrate, commonly used in wartime to stretch scarce TNT. Semtex is a civilian demolitions explosive perhaps best known for being repurposed for terrorist bombs.
