I was just musing over this today,and wondered if anyone here on Dakka had ever dated any one "famous" or (more likely) someone with a "claim to fame"?

I actually have a few.
I dated a young lady who had a "walk on" scene in the film "Drop dead Fred" (she was the girl who looks over her shoulder at Pheobe Cates in the scene were she gets fired from her job).
My second ex- wife is Brett Farvres (Vikings/Green Bay quaterbacks) 2nd cousin.
I dated (very briefly) Red Adaires GrandDaughter (Red was an oil well fire fighter,John Wayne played him in the movie "Hell fighters")
My curent Girlfriends Mother was in 1st grade with non other than the King of pop Micheal Jackson.

The mother of a lad I went to school with went out with David Coverdale, lead singer with the mighty Whitesnake!

I had a U.S.A entertainment female reporter feed me cake at a friends wedding.

I laid some pipe to the cousin of Jim Varney, aka Ernest P. Worrel(sp). Probably not well known overseas but he did some movies and tv shows and commercials in the late 80's, early 90's.

It should be remembered that we were 11-12 years old at the time and she didn't look like that at the time... She left my high school the next year and I hadn't heard from her again until facebook about 2 and a half years ago.

I just looked checked her facebook and she was on the cover of Vogue late last year.

As for Marina Sirtis . . . well, there's just nothing I like about her. Just not my taste. Maybe the voice is the source of the problem? Or those mauve jumpsuits?

2 girls in my year at school have become models, as have the 2 girls who used to live next door to me. Perhaps I make people sexier by association or something?

One of my friends friends was (according to my friend) a body double for Kiera Knightly in one of her (semi)nekid scenes.

I went on a date with sarah michelle gellar once. When I was living in Los Angeles I was lucky enough to be right behind her in a salad bar line at a restaurant called Souplantation or something like that. I said hi, and she said hi back. so yeah, I count that as a date.

My ex's mother is the Virginia from Billy Joel's "Only the Good Die Young". She met him in NY shortly after she graduated high school(there are pictures).

In college, I dated a girl who was a cousin of the voice actor for Col. Roy Mustang in FMA.

I did Ketamine with a girl who went on to become a model. She was on some Gok Wan bs a few months ago. True story.
