Depends on everything else in the army and how it is designed to function. Predators help fill gaps in long range shooting while Vindicators fill gaps in short range, high armor/toughness targets. Both are equally fluffy for Imperial Fists. Predators help cover the Vindicator as it makes a breach.

Yeah, either one is fine. The Vindicator is a seige breaker tank, which is what the Iron Warriors (extremus heretical since M31) are known for. The Imperial Fists build walls, and the Iron Warriors tear them down, so they have a close rivalry. People get mixed up and assume Imperial Fists handle all the seige work, but they don't. Honestly, Devastators are the most fluffly since they can actually use fortifications.

If you're going for a mechanized army (more infantry in transports than heavy tanks) then I'd go with vindicator.
The 24" range complements the vanilla SM bolter quite nicely. And frankly, people are much more likely to divert fire to your vindicator than they are to attack your TAC squads giving your marines more time to live and sit on objectives.
With other lists, they are pretty evenly matched, but the vindicator benefits more from the presence of lots of other tanks in my experience, while the predator is designed to hang back from the rest of the army, and the fightning (and most importantly... melta weapons), meaning that it is unlikely to need the benefit of target saturation.

If I were you I would trade it for some english lessons...
Anyway, as other people have said. It all depends on what roll you need filled. Do you have long range AT? If not then the pred might be a good idea. Seeing as how you already have the Vindicator I would stick with it. However, Vindicators should be fieled in pairs.
